Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Die Heizungen liefen nicht. Wir sollten über die Klimaanlage beheizen, das können wir aber nicht vertragen, von den Klimaanlagen bekommen wir immer eine Erkältung.

Freundlicher Vermieter, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Lage ist gut. ca. 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Das Zentrum ist auch sehr nah, alles kurz fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufen im Supermarkt und Shoppen ist gut möglich. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr groß und geräumig, doch für ein Pärchen und Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr gut und ruhig.
Man kann nicht vor de Tür sitzen, da das Auto dort den Platz benötigt. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm, da man ja sofort am Strand Boulevard ist und auf öffentlichen Bänken sitzen kann.

Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen vor allem nicht nur vom Besitzer der Wohnung sondern auch vom Hauskater
