A pleasant staff and the cleanliness.
The issue is not the hotel itself, but the very narrow access road to reach the hotel. This is due to double parking along the road makes it difficult for vehicles to pass smoothly.

Most of the staff were responsive: the gentleman at the front desk provided us with additional towels when we asked, in addition to toothbrush kits, even though we didn't ask for them. He also fixed the heat in our room.
The hotel in general could use a makeover. That said, it was clean and comfortable, and we liked the location.
