The staff, Ammar, Mishaal and Hossam were very helpful and cordial. They treat us very nice offer personalized support and assistance. Even the helpers like Rasal is very nice and helpful. Thank for this experience. Farhan lari room no 904.

The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable.
There was only one coffee mug provided in the room.
The stay was impacted by noisy neighbours, with doors being slammed constantly throughout the day and night.
The doors are not fitted with door closers, which would help prevent this issue.
There is no room service available, and the only on-site option is a coffee shop with limited choices. The quality of the sandwiches and cakes could be improved.
Service also needs improvement. I requested a power extension and an extra blanket, but both requests were declined.
