We've spent a really pleasant time here. Kaštela is located right between Split and Trogir - so you may live far enough from the city noize but still have a chance to visit interesting places. On the other hand all primary things needed for a good rest are near: grocery stores, cafes and the sea. Split airport is just 15 minutes by car away from the apartment, so you will see and hear a lot of airplanes (taking off and landing) while staying here, but they don't really bother, even more - it seems to be kind of romantic (for ones who enjoy traveling). The apartment is nice furnished, just like it looks on photos, and is very well staffed. All the equipment works in an appropriate way. There're lots of dishes and glasses and cups in the kitchen and all you may need (the only thing we've missed was a lid suitable for the frying pan). Even more, you will find some oil, and sugar, and coffee, and salt, and some other seasonings - everything you need for cooking. There are tablets for the dishwasher and some laundry detergent for the washing mashing. You may also find some toys for your kids to play. And the last (but definitely not the least) to say about this place: huge thanks to Mirko and Želika for their hospitality! Mirko said: "Just tell me what you want and I'll do my best. And you just enjoy your vacations" - so we did ))) We will recommend this place to our friends for sure!
There is really nothing to complain about. But here are several points that you should be ready for. The apartment is located really close to the road and there is literally no fence around (ok, there is a fence, but just with an empty space instead of a gate, and the territory is always opened), so if you are going to come with small restless kids, you will have to look after them extremely attentively))
As for the seashore, there are several beaches in the area but most of them (nearest especially) have very small place to have rest.
There is no shelf in the shower so the only place to put your shampoo or other things you need while washing is the floor of the shower cabin.
There were several days whith a smell of canalization in in the street - probably because of the car washing station which is located just the next door to the apartment.
And you should also know about the ants who work hard trying to get into the house and find some food, but you'll be able to kick them away using spray.

Nicely equipped appartment, near the sea, beautiful place for walk or running, very friendly owners.
Appartment is very near the main road, so quite noisy while sitting outside, appartment is small for 4 people.
