Beautiful place but it’s not a spa hotel and some pictures are misleading people

It looked nice visually and there was a beautiful garden area. The room and bathroom was big enough and the bed was comfortable. Some staff members (who were not managers as I understood ) were friendly and polite.

It was not a spa hotel at all. Spa did not work, was closed maybe long time ago, and was only on the pictures which was misleading. The swimming pool was very small and above it was a tree from which the leaves and flowers fall into water. There were no sunbathing beds at all and these were only in the pictures too. You can’t sunbathing there at all. The food was not eatable. The breakfast was in a warm room for long time, nothing from what we tried, was good, even coffee had a weird taste. But the problem is you can’t get food in that area as it is like nowhere. We were without a car and it was not convenient. If you walk to the sea, it’s unsafe and there’s no path for pedestrians. The buses are problem in that area.

It’s a very well preserved place, beautiful decoration and remarcable style ! Gorgeous common areas. Indoors and outdoors are well care, clean and nice. The massage expert was excellent, professional, highly recommend.

These hotel is not suitable for hot-summer conditions. No ceiling fan or no even portable ones, no air-columna at entries, flies were everywhere (even over the food). Therefore. All those nice deco place were unbearable at 40 plus degree Celsius. Also, Air conditioners in our room worked poorly. No once care, not repair personnel was bring to work on our unit, water drip through the wall. Workers really requiere extensive training.

Sink was throwing water to me when I turned on the faucet. The shower was so full of calcium, water couldn’t pass through normally. A lot of mosquitoes in the dining yard.

I'm guessing that the only source of electricity is from a large diesel generator that has it's exhaust stuck out of the wall by the gate for the secure parking.

Nice ambient, personal bad experience

Nice ambient, huge room

the aircondition in my room made very disturbing bubbling sounds all night. I could barely sleep. When I mentioned it in the morning and even played a recording to the receptionist, there was no „sorry“ or any other kind of excuse. When I asked what she considers to do in order to compensate me for a sleepless night, she took a cup of coffee off my bill…I was too tired to argue about it.

Good for one night stay with a good breakfast and kind spanish speaking staff

Good local cheese and ham, delicious tomatoes for breakfast. Nice sitting area for a breakfast. The breakfast is the strongest point.

Staff does not speak english at all. The bathroom is a part of a bedroom and it is only separated by transparent shower and weak construction doors - it is really awkward to use toilet when sombody is in the bedroom... The bathroom was finisher by a neglective repairman (already some mold between shower glass wall and room wall) therefore despite efforts of cleaning team you cannot have a feeling of a spotless area. The swimming pool is a joke.

Disaster

Clean room. Nice lobby

Disappointing and far away from the professionaly tooked pictures. Location was in the center of the swamp with yellow water in pipes. You can't drink it. It is too far away of the Valencia, and you can not walk to the beach, you need to drive it. Swimming pool is small and dirty and even if they have listed spa as an option, it is not functional. Also they are not serving food everyday and reception is working couple hours a day. Room is spacious but old floors with holes eveywhere. Balcony door is not working. When you wanted to cancel the reservation since it is not how we agreed on, of course you can not.

For sure to avoid

The hallway of the hotel was beautiful, it has a private parking and a garden/terrace beautiful.

The room was not as the photos, for 2 rooms there was a very small window, it smelled as mold and the guy from the reception was very arogant, impulsive. When we wanted to take photos of the room to send them to Booking, they told us to leave. Anyway, a horrible experience in the end!

reasonable stay

The hotel has a big outside terrace/garden with a small pool. Our room had a nice balcony facing the terrace. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Bicycles can be rented at an additional charge. Wifi was good. Private free parking.

The balcony door lock did not work (but would be fixed the next day). We had yellow water from the tap. The simply built toilet area had an inconvenient sliding door which is not really soundproof.

Such an excellent value!

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful decoration. Feels more like a boutique hotel than a regular one. The pool is small, but is nice and convenient for a quick bath The beach is 3 min away by car, or 15 min walking Free parking, so you don’t have to worry about anything Staff very Breakfast is ok, but quite limited (fruits are missing!) The room is big, nicely decorated and very comfortable.

We had lunch at the restaurant, but service was too slow. It took as few hours to have lunch.

Everything. Staff is very kind, food is very good but it would be great to have more options, after a couple of days you miss something different. Room was great and clean. Parking is free and a lot of parking spots available.

Good place to stay

The room is okay, a bit dated but clean and very comfortable. The pool is perfect and so is the patio, the breakfast area and we also had dinner, which was pretty good.

The outside areas could be better well taken care of and cleaner (our kid stepped on cat’s poo).
