Wonderful stay in a very cute flat very close to the centre and yet in a quiet neighbourhood !

Beautiful building

The building itself is stunning with a lovely terrace at the front. Self checkin but very clear instructions from our host. Very peaceful but still close to the main restaurants and harbour.

Location was good although there do seem to lots of rooms closer to the town downhill which I would be suggesting others look for. Balcony was private

The bathroom downstairs was inconvenient really. The stairs are ok for a short stay but the top step was a big first step. Kitchen utensils were poor. Needs a bit of thought.

It was a really nice apartment. It was very quiet althought the location is near the center of the old town. In the apartment is everything we needed to cook. Also the host was very nice to us & we enjoyed our stay.

Beds. Double bed in the attic. Could not stand up straight. Hence, husband slept on the sofa in the living room.

Health and safety hazard

it was centrally located in the old town and it was clean. The terrace was lovely.

It is a complete health and safety hazard. The main sleeping area is on the top mezzanine and the bed is pushed up against the railings which means that to get out of bed if there are two of you, you need to climb over the person next to you or slide down the bed. if you slide down the bed then you end up on the stairs as there was no bannister to stop you from falling. My husband ended up sleeping on the futon downstairs which was ridiculous. we had booked for 6 nights but only stayed for 2 as we were so uncomfortable. The owner offered to move us into a better apartment but what I don’t understand is why we didn’t get that in the first place. Other minor issues there is no sea view as stated and the owner insisted on cash payment only but this is not stated on the website.

Apartment (ground floor studio) is dark with no windows besides the glass in the front door and a tiny window in the bathroom. Lighting in the apartment is poor, what is the point of bedside lamps when there is no socket nearby to plug them into?

House was beautiful but with some problem

The house was beatiful and the location was really good, 2 minutes from the centre of Rovinj. We love the terrace, the best part of livin in the apartment was eating on the terrace. The bed was comfortable. Goran was not there but he was always available at phone and his friend, who is livin nearby, and his wife help us to fix any problem.

The missing little window in bathroom (precedent customers broke it, no host guilty but still was a problem) , no sea views as the announcent say and the window above the bed was really dirty. Nothing real bad and everything is absolutely fixable.
