Ca' Bernardo

Dado que eras uma vivenda o pequeno almoço e outras refeições eram tomadas em casa. Além disso havia um supermercado ao pé e várias sítios para comer incluindo um local que além de ter sandwiches muito boas tinha também gelados. Ficava muto perto do Palazzo da Mula onde realizámos uma exposição no âmbito da Venice Glass Week.

Tudo estava bem. Estávamos em Murano , la laguna de Veneza, e se quiséssemos ir à praia bastava tomar um Vaporetto para o Lido. Na minha opinião é o loca melhor em Murano e eu conheço muito bem Veneza e Murano. Para ver a foto da casa bast a no google escrever Ca Bernardo Murano.

Roberto was informative and we had everything we needed. Safe, comfortable and quiet.

Die ruhige aber zentrale Lage auf Murano, die Terrasse, die Waschmöglichkeit, der persönliche (fast schon nostalgische) Charakter der Einrichtung und die nette Betreuung vor Ort!

Es fehlt ein Duschvorhang, was das Duschen, ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen fast unmöglich macht…

The house is well located next to the water bus stop, enabling quick access to Murano, Venice and other islands. It is big enough for 4-5 people and has an authentic feeling.

The apartment was great on paper, but it was lacking several facilities mentioned in the description or visible in the photos. Either they were missing (like the ironing equipment), under some kind of maintenance (like the air conditioning... the backup solution produced 95 % noise and 5 % cooling), unplugged (like the oven) or too old to be safe to use (like the washing machine). Since the host didn't inform about any of these in advance, our expectations were clearly not met. This would have been tolerable, though, had the host not caused a bizarre scene upon our checkout claiming that we had broken the lid of the 50+ year old vintage dishwasher we were too afraid to even touch. Based on how our otherwise amazing trip ended, I can't recommend staying with this host (nor renting your home out if you are this miserly and stingy about your property).
