For £39 it was an absolute bargain. Easy self check in, parking on the street just down the road. It was simple, the room was nice a cool and the bed was comfy. Nice shared living room and little outside area with tea and coffee.
It would have been especially nice if there was some shared kictchen facility.

No external windows for my room, but this was explained when I made the booking.

I slept well.
The room was clean.
It can be very cold in Vilaflor in Winter, which I expected, but if it wasn't for an extra blanket provided, I would have frozen!
Something needs to be done about the front door. Unless you barge into it like a rhino, it is hard to open.
