A spacious and quiet house, very well equipped for 4 people, with parking right outside the door.
Spread over 2 floors with nice views and spacious rooms.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living-dining room, the kitchen, a half-bath, and a terrace with a barbecue.
On the upper floor are the double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms; one has a balcony with ocean views, and the other has access to a second terrace with views of the hills and the rooftop.
On the rooftop is an attic with a workspace, as well as armchairs for relaxing, reading, playing games, or playing a musical instrument.
The house is located in the historic center of San Miguel: a charming rural village in the south of the island, where you can discover an authentic, local side of Tenerife, untouched by mass tourism.
10 minutes from the golf course; 20 minutes from Teide National Park, the beaches of El Médano and Los Cristianos, and 15 minutes from the airport.
Close to supermarkets, public transportation stops, a gas station, restaurants, a café, shopping centers, and tourist attractions.

Great communication from Veronica from point of booking, arrival and through to departure.Lovely southerly views from property.We stayed for a month and property was very well equipped with extra bedding and towels provided.Spacious accommodation that met our needs perfectly.
