Great accommodation, wish we had more days here!

Our original accommodation was cancelled by another accommodation the day before, so I had to book this new one the night before we arrived here, which happened without any problems. We were very nervous about where to sleep the next day, and in the end this accommodation exceeded all our expectations, thank you! We had a very nice sea view, and even though we arrived in the evening, we were still able to swim in the pool for a bit. The fridge also has a freezer, which is important if you want to cool your drinks before beach day. There is air conditioning in the room and it works well.

When we arrived, we had a little trouble finding who to get the key from. The shower cubicle was very small.

Great place to stay!

What can I say? It was a very pleasant stay. Mitar and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, the yard was full of plants, the parking had a lot of space between old olive trees. The apartment itself had absolutely enough space for a family of three, with separate sleeping room. We had a remarkable view on the sea from the balcony. The nearest beach was 8 min walk down the road from the house. The way back was a little challenging, like on the most of Montenegro beaches. Close to Budva or other popular places on the coastline, if you’re interested.

Great place, great location, fantastic host!! There is a desired content for everyone. In the immediate vicinity there is a beautiful beaches. It's a quiet place that makes your vacation more relaxing. The apartments are clean, air-conditioned, with all the necessary amenities. In the yard there is a comfortable children's playground and swimming pool. The pool is maintained daily and is very clean, so it is very relaxing after a day spent at the sea, our children and we enjoyed it a lot. There are also tables and chairs where sitting reaches its peak in the morning with the first coffee, as well as in the evening at the end of the day, where watching the sunset with a light dinner is a unique pleasure. It's all accompanied by soft music. I've been spending my holidays with my family in this beautiful place for many years and it's getting better and nicer every time. In the end, the accommodation itself, a place with all its facilities nearby, is highly recommended!!

I didn't like that we only stayed for 10 days and I definitely intend to correct that mistake :-)

What a pleasant stay

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind, helpful, and open to any compromise. When we needed a small pot for our baby, they immediately brought us a brand new one. The apartment wasn’t very clean when we first arrived, but they promptly corrected the mistake and cleaned it thoroughly with a sincere apology. The pool is very clean, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around. There are also toys and equipment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We even got homemade juice as a welcome refreshment, which was a lovely touch. All in all, everything was great and we will definitely be coming back!

The bathroom is a little bit narrow, makes it hard to use it, but it's ok

We liked everything about this place. We enjoyed every day of our stay. The hosts are wonderful people, helpful and friendly. Perfect place for us, great area, two pools, kid's zone, our son loved it. Very comfortable apartment with fantastic view, we had everything we needed and more, if we needed anything - we were helped immediately. Barbecue zone, dining zones, spacious area for kids... We will miss this place and will come back!

Family friendly

Plenty of parking. Good location close to Petrovac, Budva, lake Skhodar and nice beaches. Great for children. Host was very kind providing fresh figs from the garden! Pool was wonderful and very clean.

We may have been unlucky but our apartment could have been a bit cleaner. But on the whole it was comfortable. Some of the play facilities are getting a bit out of date but our kids, 2 and 6 years old were more than happy.

Superb

Our room had a terrace and our friends' room had a balcony. Beautiful sea and a sunset view from both of them. Very nice swimming pool. Kids spent there a lot of time! A small bar with something to drink and eat. Comfortable beds and kitchen inside the apartments. We spent there only one night but we do recommend the place!

Our friends' room was a bit smelly and it looked as if the kitchen had not been cleaned before our arrival. Our apartment was totally ok.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet and not crowded village

The apartment is comfortable, clean and equipped with all we needed. the view is amazing, pool and the garden even better than on the photos. Hosts are nice and helpful. The beach in the village is small and cosy, quite a steep road but even the children didn’t complain. there is a lively beach just a few minutes away - great for children, snorkeling . I highly recommend it!

Amazingly warm welcome from Irena and Mitar. The swimming pool and the view and breeze from the balcony were also great in the heat. The apartment itself was spacious and super well equipped. The only 5 minutes walk down to a great beach. We hope we can come back soon.

I was super happy with everything. Very family oriented. Very quiet. Staff very friendly helpful and always available and some spoke English which helped me communicate Only thing I would change was to have sharp knives. I am an American and use sharper knives. But when on vacation make do I will bring my own next time since I am picky

The apartment was placed near Petrovac, in a nice and quiet little village. The location had a pretty large swimming pool and also a jacuzzi where you can relax. The pool was very,very clean and it was 1.5 meters deep. The living room had a really big sofa, air conditioning, large tv . There were 2 more separated bedrooms, without air conditioning. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. Taking into account the price, it is an excelent choice.

The house is not in Petrovac. It's exact location is Rijeka Rezevic, a village 6 km away by car from Petrovac. It's ok, not so crowded like the main town, but you have to use the car to go.......anywhere. The bathroom needs some improvements, but we found that it's gonna be renovated soon (wintertime). The furniture from the bedrooms (not the beds, they were new) was falling apart.

Nice place, in quite area, but at the same time arround many interesting places to visit. The beach is small with stones, but very nice and clean, with nice restaurant. The appartment was great, the host is very nice and supporting our needs. Our kids were very happy also, playing in the pool and in the playground area with the other kids.

A place that feels like home. Wonderful hosts, a huge nice yard where you can light a barbecue, take a swim in the pool or just lie on the swing and enjoy the beautiful view. The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meal. This is definitely the right place to get away from the daily hassle and stress.

Le lit était assez confortable

La propreté laisse à désirer, les premiers jours nous n’avons pas de brosse à toilette, il y a de la moisissure dans la douche, aucun équipement pour faire le ménage de nous même car cela n’a pas été fait durant une semaine. La poubelle n’a jamais été vidée nous avons dû le faire de nous même.

Ruime accommodatie op een hele fijne plek.

De ligging van de accommodatie is top. Rustig gelegen op een mooie plek, maar toch in de nabijheid van bezienswaardigheden en leuke plekken. Op loopafstand van een heel mooi strandje. De accommodatie heeft een mooi en heel fijn zwembad, met ruim voldoende ligstoelen met een mooi uitzicht op zee.

Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep erg lastig. De eigenaar spreekt geen Engels en het is lastig om contact met de eigenaar te krijgen. De foto’s op booking laten dingen zien die er in de praktijk niet zijn.

bardzo fajny pobyt wakacyjny

Przemili właściciel, super basen i jacuzzi. Mają fajnego pieska Rexa-bardzo przyjazny. W środku turnusu czyli po 4 dniach jest wymiana poszewek na pościel i ręczników, co uważam za bardzo duży plus. Na terenie apartamentu mnóstwo drzewek owocowym-właściciele pozwalą próbować ich np. fig, limonek.Na pożegnanie dostaliśmy butelkę wina przez Nich robionego:) Blisko mały sklep pierwszej potrzeby.

W okolice bardzo strome zejścia do plaży i apartamentu.
