There is nothing "Sundar" or "Luxury Botique" about The Sundar Palace. Wont recommend ever.

Location

Room with basic facilities not accessible like a Commode and makeup mirror. The hotel couldnt provide a cup of tea in the morning as they didnt have milk and ginger. Bad attitude of staff. Resturant under renovation. Hotel room is worth maybe 4-5K and not 10k at all.

Great location with comfortable stay.

The property was recently renovated and had lovely decor. The restaurant had delicious food with a wide selection. The front of house staff were very helpful and polite - able to go the extra mile. The location was very central in Jaipur. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was smart so could stream if you wanted to.

It wasn’t so good that non-instant coffee wasn’t included in the morning breakfast which I thought, given the cost of the stay, was surprising. The included breakfast selection was also quite limited. In addition, they need to improve protocols for their transport from the airport as we got stuck at the gate on the way out as something hadn’t been paid and when I checked out I was not told that payment for the transfer was outstanding. It was only because they were kindly holding my luggage for a later flight that this was then sorted.

Reasonable value for money

Relatively new hotel, in good location. Good value for money!

Breakfast only after 8.30am but the team kindly put a breakfast for us together given we had earlier sight seeing. Also had an incident where the shower door glass shattered in the middle of the night (nobody got hurt) and the staff relocated us to a new room very quickly.

Absolutely loved the vibe. The rooms interiors, colours and heritage look was great. Oh and the best part was their cafe. The food, ambiance and live music UFF! Loved it.

a Good Hotel, great location, clean, newly refurbished!!

The hotel has just been refurbished i believe, the rooms were very neat and clean. i must say the Manager was exceptionally kind enough to give me an upgrade as the room allocated to me did not have any light. so appreciate that. also the staff was available everytime they were called. the manager made sure everything was absolutley ok for me. the breakfast was good. they have only one restaurant but the interiors and all were really pretty.

the breakfast time should be 7:00am. i had this little issue since i was checking out early on the last day i had told them in advance , infact when i had just checked in, about the breakfast to be started a little early (about an hour early) when i would check out- which was not done - also one day earlier the same request was taken for other guestes who were from the West. so that disappointed me. and the staff who was sitting at the reception (i do not know his name) just told me that he could give me some fruits in a way that made me feel, i could not afford buyng it outside. that approcach from that partiular staff was not acceptable. they could have packed something and kept for me. so this was a disappointment for me.

Comfortable sleep but not at european standards

Bed was big and comfortable, room not too noisy - although overall in India I used earplugs to sleep and access easy.

The cleanliness standards were not met for the price of the room: some areas were not fully clean and the bedding had a couple of marks of shoe (!) Breakfast was quite minimal, not including drinks except a juice and very little options, especially if not used to indian or savory.

Great stay in Jaipur

The Sunder Palace is newly renovated and clean. The room was comfy and gave me everything I needed for a good night sleep. The location is close to everything you need and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe / bar is great to eat with many options suitable for everyone. Would recommend!

The best hotel stay for my 2 nights in Jaipur. Great location! Staff 5 stars!

Hotel has great style and quality finishes. Everything was excellent. My room and the general areas were so super clean. Very important to me. You could just tell there was great care taken by all. Everyone was very attentive. Food presentation and offerings were absolutely perfect!

Lovely stay. everything was perfect!

Restaurant and breakfast were delicious. The barista is amazing! The room is comphortable and very clean. The hotel match the highest European standards. I really suggest you to book the airport pick-up with Israr. I spent two days with him. I carried me all around Jaipur, showing me the most hidden places. Such a good person and competent driver, he added a big plus to my stay!

Peaceful stay

Hotel service should clean the rooms proactively..I spent there 3 nights and no one was bothered to clean the room during the stay..and when I asked about the same.. answer was...sir aap bta dete ..

Clean, comfortable, great location, train n metro 10 min walk cheap eats near station and Sini Camp M1

Our room was next to boiler room which was stoked @ 1am n 4am very loudly and lit our room with bright lights that were not turned back off, we complained first night, it stopped 2nd night n started again on 3rd night. Owner was pushy when we organized our own transport to sites

Établissement refait depuis ma dernière visite . Propre et belle chambre . Le personnel

J ai réservé une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. On m a donné une chambre avec 1 grand lit et on est venu installer un lit d appoint sur roulettes. Pour une nuit ok mais limite quand même. Faire payer le café et un sachet de thé au petit dej qui est compris.. un peu mesquin.

Wel oke, maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet.

Erg vriendelijk personeel en een super locatie. Het cafe beneden is ook erg gezellig. Een hotel met potentie, maar er klopt toch ook vrij veel nog niet helemaal.

Het hotel is in renovatie, en dat is nogal te merken. De kamer is stoffig, de kraan lekt, het is super vochtig op de kamer en sommige dingen kloppen gewoon net niet. Zoals dat je je telefoon niet kan opladen zonder ook de lichten aan te hebben. Verder is meer dan 100 euro per nacht echt duur voor wat je krijgt in vergelijking met andere hotels. Je moet voor een kop koffie bij betalen bij het ontbijt 😅

Super Hotel zum wohlfühlen!

Tolles Hotel in Jaipur! Lage ist super und Personal sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und top ausgestattet. Definitiv empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder. Es ist auch ein Restaurant direkt im Hotel, Frühstück und Abendessen waren top, sehr lecker!

Eine Wand oder Vorhang an der Duschkabine wär vorteilhaft.

Очень стильный современный отель, очень красивый. Очень понравился ресторан при отеле, европейская еда, очень вкусно и хороший кофе.

В номере не работал кондиционер. Не работал терминал, чтобы оплатить по карте иностранного банка. Минус в номере, что вода из душа заливает пол полностью в ванной комнате.
