great stay, earplugs a must to sleep

great price, lovely room, nice shower room. the rooftop cafe/restaurant was lovely in the evening and the night i stayed traditional indian live music which was a real treat to watch under the moon and stars. Food was traditionla and good (Dahl and rice for me)

my room was situated above reception and below the restaurant which meant i was kept awake til 1am with chairs and tables being scrapped across the floor above me, then woken early the next morning whilst everything was moved around again at 7am. I disnt have earplugs wirh me. Also no drinking water /bottled water provided in the room which seemed a bit mean.

Happy kiwis

Comfortable beds. Beautiful rooms, great showers and super friendly staff. We had a car. So getting around was easy and parking was right outside this venue. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great restaurant and bar facilities

The property has great facilities. The restaurant serves amazing food and the bar they had provided great service and vibes. I would highly recommend staying here.

Music was slightly load in the room we were staying, but we were situated directly above the bar, so that’s not necessarily the case for other rooms.

Great rooms, great staff & great facilities. Shame about the noise.

Staff were very helpful and were happy to anwser any questions. Reception staff were extra supportive when assisting us with an airline issue The hotel is in a great location, only 15-20 minutes walk to the train station or metro and 5+ minutes to local shops for water and snacks. Laundry service was very good at a reasonable price. The room was spacious with lots of hot water for showers.

Traffic noise. Lots of horn blaring throughout the night. Very loud music every night until 11.30pm and in the morning lots of noise from the restaurant/bar setting up their tables for the day.

Absolutely wonderful stay

I have no comments about the hotel whatsoever. From the first step, when we entered the well-kept reception, where friendly and smiling people work, we felt at home. In fact, even better. The staff is top-notch, the room was extremely lovely, clean, tastefully decorated, with a beautiful bathroom and perhaps a slightly firm but comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the bed linen is of the highest global standard. The cherry on top is the rooftop terrace, which, especially in the evening, offers a truly intimate atmosphere with the soft glow of lights and candles, along with a breathtaking view of Jaipur. Even here, the staff is professional and cheerful, welcoming each guest with the utmost attention. The kitchen and staff deserve an award. The best food so far on our entire journey, and the excellent non-alcoholic cocktails, of which I particularly favor the Gorgia and the Passion!Jaipur and the hotel enchanted us. Next time, we will take even more time for the Rajasthan landscape and for the Pearl Palace Hotel.

A lovely hotel, but the noise at night was a big negative

The property itself was very lovely, the rooftop restaurant was a highlight! We had breakfast there every morning and a lovely dinner! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the noise in the hotel was a big let down for us. Every night you could hear loud crashing, scraping of chairs and dropping of things until at least 11:30pm. It affected our sleep massively and therefore detracted a lot from what was otherwise a lovely stay.

One of the better places I have stayed in India 😊

Loved the location, easy to find, surrounded by other nice hotels. Close to the train station and easy to get a taxi to the main sights. The hotel was very clean and I was very comfortable in this regard. The room provided everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. Hot water worked at all time for a hot shower. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Room was exactly like the photos. The onsite restaurant was pretty and served nice tasting food, albeit a little expensive for me - I still had two meals there for convenience and for the nice setting on the rooftop. There are some busy roads around the hotel so it is a little challenging to cross these to get to convenience stores for snacks.

My room (305) was directly under the restaurant kitchen. It was absolutely silent between 11:30 and 7am but otherwise it could be fairly noisy. I would absolutely revisit this hotel as I enjoyed my stay but I would try and book a room that is not under the kitchens to improve the relaxation in the bedroom. It would be nice if there was a free water refill station somewhere in the hotel. There is space on the upper roof area to make a sitting and viewing area but this is not currently used, they should add some setting here so you can see the city view.

City hotel

The rooms are clean, the staff is cute and helpful, Less of a "vacation" hotel but a nice and cozy spot to hang out on a trip to Jaipur.

It is important to know that the place combines rooms and three restaurants/cocktail bars. Maybe some will be bothered by this. For us as a family with older children it did not bother us.

Very helpful reception staff. Decor in the room. Loved the food and live music at the Peacock restaurant upstairs. Great laundry service. Convenient location. Good value and flexible with booking dates.

The in-house bars can make it a bit noisy in the evenings. There was often food odours in the corridors.

Fabulous stay, fabulous food would book again.

Location amazing - staff wonderful in reception and at the restaurant. Food was superb with gluten fre choices.. Bed very comfy, and perfect sized room. Excellent value for money for both food and accommodation. Loved the live local music performance at dinner. Largely music played was local, and excellent! Also excellent laundry service available.

Being under the kitchen you could hear the dishes being washed but that stopped before we went to sleep. This noise could annoy some people. One morning the music in the resturant appeared to be American rap with inappropriate words - there were children present so hoped they couldn't understand what was being said!

Beautiful Hotel with amazing Restaurant !

The restaurant here is a true Gem with professional staff and the breakfast is delicious and presented sooo nicely. Dinner time there is relaxing Indian live Music with the best atmosphere. My room was very very nice. The receptionist was welcoming and I really appreciated that they let me check in quite early, as I traveled all night. The hotel looks better than in the pictures and is very nicely designed. I usually stay at their other hotel, which is a bit more fancy but I liked the atmosphere here more because of the lovely restaurant !

I did not like that when I stepped out, a Tuk Tuk Driver knew how many nights I will stay and he also knew that I had slept all day. If you want to talk about the guest, please make it less obvious.haha

Family room not worth it

Staff were very friendly. Rooftop restaurant was good. Hotel staff helped in parking cars.

Booked a family room looking at the first few pictures, which was my mistake. Other family rooms that I got were not worth the price. I would not pick this hotel again (just my opinion and you might have different experience). Limited parking space and therefore I had to leave the keys with staff so that they could park my car when parking was available. The bathroom electric socket was broken.

Wow ! Let’s just say we were sad to leave. The decoration is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. The restaurant also has a lovely ambience with live music and good food.

Cocktail bar not great and manageress wasn’t exactly people friendly however great bar a few hundred metres away ( The silly Rabbit) for amazing cocktails which we highly recommend, great breakfast there too and lovely staff.

We loved our time here. The hotel is in a great and safe location. Our room was gorgeously decorated and had a lovely balcony. The peacock restaurant & native cocktail bar within the hotel deserve a special mention as these were both superb! Definitely recommend!

If you’re staying in Jaipur stay at Pearl Palace!

All the staff of the hotel and the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. We availed of the free pick-up service from the train station and that was great. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The restaurant has great food and a great atmosphere. In comparison to other places it’s more expensive but we were happy to pay that for the convenience and for good food. There’s a supermarket 10 minute walk down the road.

The water in the shower wasn’t very hot but the staff told us about this. So nothing really!

The hotel’s design was amazing – really beautiful! Everything was super clean, and the bathroom was excellent. The rooftop restaurant was exceptional – both in terms of food quality and variety, and the design and atmosphere were perfect. Really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant at this hotel. The room had enough space and the bathroom was on point. The staff was really helpful and nice! Restaurant had nice live music at some nights!

The AC went off a couple of times and the room is a bit light when the sun comes up. Location is a bit far from the sightseeings, but with a Rickshaw it's really easy! Overall not much to complain!

Perfect!

Everything was great during my stay! The room was super comfortable, everything was clean and well-maintained. The same day laundry service was a lifesaver for someone backpacking like me — super convenient and efficient. The restaurant is definitely worth checking out (the risotto was absolutely amazing!). The staff were all very attentive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. Bonus: There’s an ATM really close by, which was super convenient!

Good base for a few days in Jaipur!

Nice hotel with very helpful staff, good practical bedrooms and a great rooftop restaurant! The Tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel were definitely the best we came across on our Indian travels!

Only thing which I could mention is it would have been good to have a bedside table lamp!
