Helpful and relaxed place to stay

Two cobwebs missed, near top of curtains although an easy miss.

Everything was clean and tidy, location was superb

The fact it was very close to seafront/beach and everything we needed. Toilet, shower and beds were nice and clean. Easy access to lock box to retrieve room keys when entering/leaving property.

The fridge in room 2 was very noisy. Also bed close up to window, so if you moved in your sleep would move curtains and upstairs windows could view straight into room/beds. Would benifit from a fitted blind instead.Beds are metal framed and every time you moved it was a loud squeaky annoying sound and i woke my daughter up a few times just by trying to get comfortable...comfy mattress tho! Noisy family downstairs kept banging the doors and leaving the front 2 doors open, which was annoying as the hotel is supposed to be a secure property, tho wasnt hotels fault visitors left them open.Tea, coffee etc was provided, though once gone, did not get replenished and no cleaners came in whilst we was staying. No staff on site.

Easy access to town centre and great location overall. Secured entry and really quiet area. Contact with the owner was also great - no problems.

Metal bed frames in twin room that made horrible squeaky sound when on it. It was impossible to sleep because even the slightest move woke us up. So definitely not a good nights sleep. Secondly, fridge that was in the room is a table top type of fridge and when plugged in works really loud, so much so you can’t hear the tv in the background. It seems silly but it really is not usable this way.
