Enjoy the best that 'Paradise' has to offer! A large lanai, beautifully furnished, with breathtaking views. It is close to shopping, golf courses and the beaches. The walking path around the lake invites biking, walking, and jogging. There is an abundance of native birds and colorful plants and shrubs that delight your senses. The heated pool is so relaxing and the nearby tennis courts are well maintained. neighbors. The living room, master bedroom and kitchen have water views. The lanai and bedroom have a lovely view of King's Lake. An attached garage, with remote door opener, provides direct access to your home.
Please note that this unit is only rented by the month, per Steeplechase Association regulations. There is an additional $150 fee made payable to the ASSOCIATION for your application to rent this property. In addition, VRBO is NOT collecting security this year. However, a cleaning fee of $150 will be collected by the owner when you arrive. That fee can be partially or completely refunded depending upon the condition that you leave the property in. Any damages or additional cleaning that needs to be done will be taken from your credit card following your departure.
Guests receive a $125 credit towards the monthly electric Any overage is to be paid by the guests.

The 2nd floor lanai/porch provides a perfect vantage point for viewing the lake, the path around it, the waterfowl that pepper the landscape, the sunsets. The location is an ideal launching point for whatever one wants to do. The layout provides a sense of spaciousness yet coziness.

Nice large rental unit. Contact person great at communicating. Unexpected plus was the walking, biking path around the lake and great sunset views.
