About this apartment rental
Panoramic lake and fountain view from large screened in lanai of our two bed two bath second floor condo on golf course. Located on secluded, tranquil cul de sac, beautifully landscaped overlooking lush lake complete with fountain. New furnishings - king bed, 2 twin beds and queen sleeper sofa. Bedrooms separated by a spacious open living/dining area includes flat screen T.V., dining table with seating for 6+, fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Full laundry facilities within the condo.
Golf on the Glades two lovely 18 hole golf courses - a par 70, short but challenging and a par 55 executive course both featuring Paspalum greens, tees and fairways. Golfers have the unique benefit of walking our courses (not mandatory to rent a golf cart) anytime of day and enjoy the acres of natural preserves and lakes recently certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System. There are putting greens and a chipping area. Pro Shop with shoe and bag storage.
Complimentary tennis - 10 courts with two different surfaces, a substantial bocce league, and shuffleboard courts. Nine swimming pools one a short walk from the condo. Pickle Ball Courts on site.
The Glades community also offers many amenities - Bridge, Euchre, Mahjong, Yoga, Karaoke, Bingo, Dinner Dances, Cruises, Golf Learning Center, Library, Computer Room, Art Room and Craft Center. The19th Hole Restaurant offers a bar, lunch, dinner, and Sunday Brunch with indoor or outdoor dining on a spacious deck. The Naples Towne Center Mall featuring Beauls and a movie theatre within walking distance.
Just three miles to the white sandy ocean beach with beautiful sunsets, the Naples Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, downtown shopping, fine dining, galleries and pubs with live music on 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and Tin City. A short drive to site seeing - Everglades(air boat rides) and the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. We have been coming to this Florida condo for the past 4 years and we highly recommend it. The view is beautiful as well as quite. There is plenty to do in the area if you want to sightsee in Naples - 5th Avenue is just a 5 minute drive, and the beach is 10 minutes away. Stores are also close buy. You can go for a walk in the area as there is little traffic. The owners are very pleasant and cooperative to deal with. They keep the condo is great shape. You would not regret renting this unit. Well maintained clean and comfortable condo. Has all the amenities and more. Overlooking a beautiful pond and watching golfers on the first hole. Great golf, many pools to choose from, tennis court and the 19th hole is a great place for drinks, lunch, dinner. Owner very friendly and accommodating. We have enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent the condo again
