About this house rental
IN SCIACCA, one of the most important spa resorts in Sicily, a brand new three-room apartment of about 60 square meters.
The rustic-style house is immersed in the typical Sicilian countryside surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, and where peace and tranquility reign supreme, away from the chaos and noise of the city.
The house is composed of:
-large kitchen-living room with sofa bed
- bedroom with double bed
- bedroom with 2 single beds (which can form a double bed if necessary making the house suitable for 2 couples of friends)
- bathroom with shower
- large covered veranda equipped with table and chairs
- lots of space outside where you can also roast excellent fresh fish bought directly from the port of Sciacca.
- green lawn around the house with deck chairs;
Brand new furniture, with attention to the smallest details and complete with all the necessary equipment.
Distance from the center about 7 km.
Distance from the sea about 10 km
In a few minutes you can reach the SS 115 linking Trapani to Agrigento and the A 29 Palermo- Mazara motorway and so you can easily reach the sites of archaeological, tourist and cultural interest: Valley of the temples of Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, Scala dei Turchi, Palermo, Marsala (from which the island of Favignana can be easily and quickly reached), etc.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è bella,nuova e curata nei dettagli, si trova fra gli ulivi e affaccia sul giardino, il posto è silenzioso ma comunque vicino a Sciacca ed è perfetta come base per visitare tutta la zona. I proprietari sono davvero speciali ci hanno consigliato e coccolato e producono un ottimo olio che stiamo portando a casa con noi. È un posto che ci rimarrà nel cuore.
