About this house rental
Family- and pet-friendly vacation resort with a restaurant and swimming pools. For each week booked, we’ll apply a flat-rate discount of 25 euros to your booking using the code "Happy27" at 31.01.2027, in addition to the price shown.
You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To do so, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. We will then deduct the 5% for you. If this rate has already been selected in the booking portal, no additional discount is available. Important: With this rate, 100% of the amount is due immediately after booking. This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.
The Kamemi Village resort is located on the southern coast of the island of Sicily in the town of Seccagrande. Nestled in a large park with Mediterranean vegetation, the beach is just 800 meters away. The beach features both open areas and sections equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. An adult pool and a children’s pool provide the necessary relief from the heat during the summer months. Additional amenities at the resort include: a varied entertainment program for children and adults during peak season, a mini-club, sports tournaments on the multipurpose field, theater performances, live music, dance evenings, a restaurant/pizzeria, a bar, a supermarket, and a bazaar. A barbecue area, as well as communal washing machines, excursion packages, and transfer services, are available for a fee.
The Happy Easy mobile home accommodates up to 6 people (including at least 1 child under 12 years of age). The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a loft bed for a child under 12 years of age. The sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed. The kitchenette is also located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. The partially covered outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as two lounge chairs or deck chairs and an electric grill. If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before your scheduled departure. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful sandy-pebble beach with turquoise-blue water is just 800 m away. There are both open sections of the beach and areas equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Additional beautiful beaches are accessible by car along the coast.
POOL
In the center of the campground is a large swimming pool, ideal for adults and children, with three different depths (70 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm). The sun deck, equipped with free lounge chairs (subject to availability), offers the perfect spot to relax. Next to the pool, there is a bar and showers.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A crib and high chair are available upon request and for a fee. During the summer months, an extensive entertainment program for children, including a mini-club, is offered. The resort’s beautiful swimming pools leave nothing to be desired.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
A swimming pool is available, and the beach is 800 m away. Other offerings during the high season include: an extensive entertainment program with a mini-club for children, sports tournaments on the multipurpose field, theater performances, live music, cabaret, Latin American dance evenings, and lots of fun with karaoke and a disco.
SHOPPING
There is a supermarket, a bazaar, and a tobacco shop right on the property.
DINING
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can treat yourself to a meal at the resort’s restaurant/pizzeria, steakhouse/burger joint, or bar. During the off-season, these facilities are closed, and you can dine at one of the nearby restaurants serving traditional local dishes.
PETS
One pet weighing up to 35 kg is permitted if registered at the time of booking. If you bring a pet, you must pay 20 euros in advance for the special final cleaning required due to the pet’s presence.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or reported no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed). Groups of young people aged 18–25 must be registered in advance. Confirmation of these bookings is at the discretion of the campground.
