Incredible view

Absolutely gorgeous Tuscan view helpful staff, except the 1st check in lady who was quite rude to husband, the rest of the staff were lovely, pool is big but too cold for the time of year, lovely restaurant. Our girls loved the beautifully manicured garden, we had lots of tea parties and play on thr lovely grassy area

1st lady husband spoke to when we arrived after 3pm check in time, was quite rude. Room wasn't ready, no apologies, just told him to "go look at the view". Thankfully all the other staff were very helpful from then on. Otherwise, pleasant stay!

Perfect getaway after Rome :)

The view is exceptional, the staff is very polite and its very clean. Everybody is very quiet even the guests and you can enjoy your coffee with the sound of the birds. We didnt had the chance to dine there since we were only for one night and a lot of errands. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful, also the beds were very comfortable. Here you are getting that Tuscany feeling :)

Worth for the value of money

It was exeptional place and delicious food, spotless clean, staff really polite and helpful. Beautiful place.

Bad sound isolation. We had loud neighbours from both sides. German family with two kids and a dog. They split them in two rooms in both sides from us.. parents was loud at night, kids got crazy early in the morning without respecting other guests.. they didn't care about silent hour or anything.. parent was better on his phone rather than trying to calm down the children.. we had no rest.. tryed to sleep longer instead going to get some brekfast.. there always will be people who doesn't respect "silent hour" and it's not fault of children, but careless parenting! The only thing we had abit dissapointed was bad sound isolation. But its an authentic house so I understand at some point why is that..

Not for us.

The rooms were great, but this is not rural tourism.

This is supposed to be a peasant tourist. There were no animals here or anything so we were disappointed. They even had some parties with sophisticated people, which is not ok for rural tourism. Here he was supposed to relax and not burden himself with relievers. So here it is actually for the more sophisticated.

Family friendly and charming agriturismo

Very nice agriturismo, the location was beautiful, the ground floor apartment was exactly as the pictures. The private terrace and the pool were great for our kids. The food was super. Highly recommendable agriturismo.

The sofa bed should be replaced.

Fantastic property, excellent food at brilliant prices. The view of the Tuscan hills and comfort of the room. All staff friendly and helpful. Rosero who was working in the restaurant, superb.

The Agriturismo was very nice and the staff was very kind! The view to Castellina and the torre di Barbarossa was breathtaking. Even the breakfast was exceptional good for Italy. The Agriturismo was new renovated and every piece chosen with taste!

Awesome!

Quiet location, clean and very spacious rooms with a well equipped kitchen, helpful people, good breakfast. We also had dinner from the restaurant which was super delicious.

The toilet for special needs people was uncomfortable as too high especially for the kids!

A very good night's sleep

The view is lovely. If you are looking for a place where to take "postcard style" pictures, simply open the window and look in front of you. A village with a castle surrounded by not too many buildings, so the hills are still mainly full of trees and nature. Lovely. The best part: sleep quality was top level. Peaceful silence all around at night (no cars, as no major road is nearby) but most importantly the mattress...One of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I forgot to ask the lady at the reception what brand it was. I need to buy it too. Brilliant! A very good night's sleep! The food was pretty good the first day. I had a glass of Chianti and it was sensational. The next day the same Halloween menu was again on offer but unfortunately it wasn't as delicious as the previous day. Good breakfast, definitely not bad. There is no buffet and you need to ask the ladies every time you need something but they almost all had great customer manners, so no major issue.

The road that takes you here is not super safe. Make sure you drive very cautiously especially at night. The guardrail is mainly missing, despite the sharp bends and the high speed at which we saw some people tending to drive there. Most importantly, as soon as you see the sign for the Villa and turn left, slow down a lot to save your tyres and shock absorbers. The little road leading to the property is mainly in awful conditions. Perhaps the council won't intervene because it is a private road, but still...tourists should be at least notified with a road sign.

Exceptional

This place is amazing. We didn’t expect this when we saw the photos. The view is great, it’s peaceful and it’s really clean. The staff is very nice and really good food. The breakfast menu is also good. The pool area is clean, and everything looks well maintained. Size of the room is fine, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very good. Especially clean!!! Loved it.

AMAZING!

Breakfast was amazing, the pool and view were amazing. The cottage by itself was quiet, and they were pet friendly and loved our dog. The staff worked very hard to help everyone there and it was noticeable. We would book again in a heartbeat.

posizione stupenda , avvolta dagli ulivi con una meravigliosa vista su Serravalle , la struttura e' bellissima molto curata , bellissima e gustosissima il buffet serale con musica del venerdi. tutto il personale e' molto cortese e disponibile
