The place is beautiful, garden is calm, pool is great, Gina is the best hostess. Breakfast is delicious. Gina is the most caring and warm-hearted person and takes wonderful care of all guests.

Beautiful location nestled in green hills, just a short drive from Pistoia and Prato. The sweet and caring host, Gina, welcomes you with genuine attention and does her best to make your day special — from the morning cappuccino at breakfast to your return in the evening, when you can relax with coffee and homemade cake. The room is spotless and comfortable, with daily cleaning. The views of the rolling hills from the pool are simply amazing.

Everything was great. A bit bigger parking could be a nice addition.

Great vacation option for families

First and foremost it's all about the property owner. Gina is magnificent, caring, treats the guests as if they're a part of her extended family. It's our second time here. The first was as a couple several years ago and we were so impressed with the owner and the place that we returned as a family. The location is calm and peaceful, great location to tour the northern part of Tuscany. My family loved the rich breakfast Gina prepares everyday. And something to eat/drink is available at all hours. Can't wait to return again.

A beautiful tranquil stay

A lovely location. Beautiful and fragrant garden with little of areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The host was absolutely lovely. The room was very spacious and quiet.

Beautiful place with superkind host Gina! Everything was just perfect. Room was spacious and clean, bedsheets soft. Gina’s breakfast absolutely delicious, especially homemade cakes! Although we spent there only two nights thanks to Gina we felt immediately like at home. We can highly recommend to all travelers and definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Beautiful place with great breakfast. Small rooms and not so comfy bed.

The hosts were very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was great, she baked fresh cakes and pies wich were perfect. Nice to walk around the beautiful farm.

Beds were super soft - not comfortable for us. Rooms smelled a bit old and the stream in shower was a bit rough.

Lovely place

We really appreciated the hostesse, though note that she speaks only Italian; Good breakfast; Fridge in the room was big bonus for us; Our dogs were accepted and complementary; Lovely and quite area. Hot tea and coffee in the thermoses outside the room were really useful.

The lady was very caring and friendly. She baked very good cake in the morning and for tea time. The breakfast was also very good. A lovely place to relax.

Unfortunately we had no warm water in the evening as well as in the morning. So kept the shower very short.

A little piece of paradise

We’d had a long day and were very tired on arrival but Gina’s smile, the location, comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms together with a pool, made us feel we were finally on holiday! We didn’t want to have to go out for dinner but that wasn’t a problem - Gina gave us a pizza menu for delivery, placed the order for us, offered some lovely wine and we sat in the garden until late, enjoying every moment. Gina works hard to create a fabulous guest house and self catering accommodation. Bravo!!

Quiet refuge

Our family loved our stay at this b&b. The property is beautiful. A little oasis. Tons of outdoor seating for all guests. We slept well in the two bedroom annex. It’s very quiet here. No noise from other guests. Very clean. Beautiful view from the kitchen, pool, and property. It feels very remote, but Pistoia is just a few minutes away. Very easy to get to Lucca and Pisa from here. We enjoyed the breakfast. Gina is very kind and wants her guests to be happy. We had a great stay.

Host is very friendly - only Italian - and is there to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is very good with home made cake and she even makes you a fresh Italian coffee. Views from the pool are awesome;

Beautiful typical house run by a great owner!

This is a typical stone Tuscan house with a huge garden and a pool the guests can use, it's really beautiful and we felt great in this B&B. The rooms have a certain old-timey feeling, they are tastefully decorated and very clean, even though they are on the smaller side. The lady who runs the place, Gina, is extremely polite and will do everything to be helpful to you. Note that she doesn't really speak English but that's really not an obstacle. Nice breakfast is served in the garden house and Gina tries to change the options a bit every day. Also, perfect value for money!

Everything is great, there is a stone quarry close to the house so during the day you can hear some noises and trucks passing by but we didn't mind this at all.

Ecco cosa ci ha colpito: 🌟 Cosa ci è piaciuto (I punti di forza) Il fascino del tempo: Il rudere è stato ristrutturato magnificamente, mantenendo quell'aspetto antico e autentico senza stravolgerne l'anima. L'ospitalità della Signora Gina: Una padrona di casa eccezionale. Con la sua estrema gentilezza ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, conquistando noi e le nostre due bambine. Pulizia impeccabile: Camere pulitissime, biancheria da letto e asciugamani sempre freschi e profumati. Un’attenzione all'ordine davvero rara. La colazione: Semplice ma completa di tutto, tra dolce e salato, con delle crostate fatte in casa che si sente siano cucinate con amore. 🏡 L'atmosfera Non aspettatevi ambienti di lusso, strade d'accesso perfette o giardini da rivista. È un luogo dove regna la semplicità. Tuttavia, il servizio dedicato agli ospiti supera quello di molti hotel a 5 stelle: qui tutto è fatto con il cuore. Vedere la signora Gina gestire tutto da sola alla sua età, con tanta dedizione, è ammirevole. In sintesi: Se cercate il calore umano e la genuinità, questo è il posto giusto. Grazie ancora alla signora Gina per averci coccolati!

Cosa si potrebbe migliorare Accessibilità: La strada di accesso è un po’ impegnativa e sterrata; nulla di preoccupante per vetture standard, ma chi ha un'auto con assetto ribassato deve prestare un po' di attenzione e procedere con calma. Arredamento: Nella nostra camera i mobili erano un po' datati e mostravano i segni del tempo. Un piccolo restyling dell'arredo renderebbe l'ambiente ancora più accogliente, anche se per pochi giorni di vacanza non è stato un problema insormontabile. Contesto rurale: Essendo una struttura immersa nella natura, può capitare di trovare qualche piccolo insetto in stanza. È un aspetto assolutamente normale per la tipologia di alloggio e non inficia l'ottimo lavoro di pulizia che viene svolto quotidianamente. Spazi esterni: Il giardino e le aree comuni esterne non sono "super curati" o lussuosi, ma riflettono la semplicità e l'autenticità di una gestione familiare e genuina.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, colazione squisita con torte preparate in casa e tanta scelta. Tutto perfetto!

Un paradiso

Struttura molto bella e accogliente immersa in un bosco meraviglioso. Posizione strategica per visitare Pistoia, prato, Pisa e Firenze. Noi ci siamo mossi in treno da Pistoia. Camere belle e confortevoli. Vi è un bellissimo giardino con tavoli all'aperto e possibilità di fare grigliate. Colazione ottima e abbondante con dolci fatti in casa.La signora Gina molto disponibile e attenta in tutto. Sicuramente torneremo.

Le B&B est tenu par Gina une charmante dame italienne. Nous sommes arrivés en retard mais la propriétaire nous attendait avec un délicieux petit déjeuner. Gina est aux petits soins pour ses hôte. Elle est d’une hospitalité et bienveillance extrême. Les chambres sont agréables et ont beaucoup de charme ! Le cadre est très joli et calme 😊
