Wifi slow and spotty, but due to rural location

Lovely view from the terrace Working farm Roberto and the staff were very friendly and polite, but at the same time I experienced complete privacy. Breakfast was amazing. They let me stay and sit in the garden for hours after my check-out time to experience the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Beautiful place!

I was looking forward to make use of the swimming pool that was on all the photos, although the pool was empty during my stay.

It is impossible to begun to describe how amazing this place is. The directions to find it were good, and when we arrived we were welcomed by Roberto who was incredibly friendly. The whole place is incredible, with views in every direction. Robert was keen to share his home with us, and readily pointed out the numerous seating locations around the gardens. What a quiet place! Brilliant for reading a book with a glass of wine, or just enjoying the scenery and wildlife. The room we had was big, with loads of room for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very dark (which helped me sleep). The house has good external lighting, but beyond that iti is a great dark sky area with almost no light pollution. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were able to cook nice meals. We only ordered breakfast once, but what a breakfast! Huge amount of different, high quality food that set us up well for the day. We had wonderful weather and were warm enough all week, but there was plenty of firewood of we wanted to light a fire or cook outside. I certainly rated the produce from the farm. Roberto makes beautiful wines that are definitely worth trying. He also makes lovely olive oil, which isn't really my thing but I could appreciate it. I have to mention Roberto's family as well. His parents were always friendly and said hello, and nurture the most lovely vegetable plot with dedication and passion - and inspiration. In all, this was one of the best places we have stayed, and I certainly would recommend it.

There isn't anything to not like! For us, it was perfect in every way
