Motel 6 San Antonio, TX I-35 North Corridor

The price especially during an emergency stay bc of power outage at home. That they accepted 2 pets- this is amazing! That I got my deposit back fast. Beds were super comfy and A/C was great! Front desk and staff super friendly and accommodating. Restaurants around motel convenient too.

No coffee maker even in lobby, as stated as having when booking. Area high traffic and some shady individuals. Didn't get into room at time stated even when I booked online and check-in lobby early and on time. Should be more informative about how you get your deposit for pets back- like check room as soon as you return key and checking out and I checked out way earlier than checkout time. Did give one customer a hard time about reservation with two pets, when it clearly stated two pet limit on booking site and on their wall next to cash register in lobby.

Affordable and comfortable

The pool was dirty and the breakfast was disappointing.

The maid service is very good. I give them the dirty towels and they give me replacements. After two weeks of me trying to get the office to give me the microwave and the refrigerator I need so I didn’t have to keep throwing away my milk. They asked me if I wanted to get one from a different room that was empty and I did. They knew I kept asking and asking they kept telling me “you still don’t have one?” well come on and get them if you want. So I did.

The location of the hotel is great. Customer service at the hotel is almost nonexistent. They definitely are happy to take your money, but they don’t supply the amenities that they say they do. Over two weeks and I had to find my own refrigerator and microwave from another room through the maids. And you know the maids got in trouble for giving me those. They kept telling me they did not have time to find one.Every time I went downstairs, which was practically every day sometimes every other day, I requested my refrigerator in my microwave. There is no amenities in the room, except the bed and the TV. I had no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, no hairdryer. I forget what else it says they supply. Oh the Wi-Fi does not work 95% of the time. the laundry room nonexistent, they said it didn’t work. And they have no intention of fixing it. The Coke machine has no drinks in it because they charge you for drinks at the front. Good thing there’s a restaurant and fast food and two convenient stores right near the hotel. I have walmart Delivery as well, so I could have anything brought to the door. I don’t have to carry it up.

The place of the location was nice, it has variety of food options around the place that you can take advantage of it also has near places for fuel.

There was no shampoo on the location other than that I think everything was ok for the place.
