The overall smell in the building - it reminded us of cigarette smoke (even though smoking is not allowed in the rooms).

location was great really close to city center center, easy to find
The room was very hot, even with two fans. We could sleep cause we were to tired biking long distances. However this could be an obstacle for some visitors

Very cheap.
The rooms are extremely hot (even in October) and the fan provided only worked for 2 hours at a time. Although the bed and towels were clean, the room overall felt dirty especially the carpet and curtains.
