THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT FOR ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND OLD TOWN. ALSO THE LOCAL SPAR AND CONIVAN BUT ALSO NOT TOO FAR TO PINGO DOCE AND THE CONTINENTE SUPERMARKETS. THE 2 LADY CLEANERS WERE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT AND WERE OFTEN AROUND IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES.
IT GOT QUITE NOISY WITH TUK TUKS AND THEIR PASSENGERS ON THE ROUNDABOUT ADJACENT TO THE VILLA. ALSO NO OVEN, BBQ OR WASHING MACHINE WAS AVAILABLE. THE BEDS WERE ALL VERY HARD AND WE ALL STRUGGLED TO GET A DECENT NIGHTS SLEEP BECAUSE OF THIS.

Excellent location with a gorgeous pool and views of the sea. Great supermarket with everything you need just around the corner. The apartment was so quiet at night and easy access to the beach and all restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location less than 5 minutes walk to old town but quiet at night.
Pool is perfect, great views.
The double bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in!!!!!!
We stayed here last year and seen lots of complaints which we also complained about, but could not believe it’s still not been updated. Very very disappointed, owner obviously doesn’t read guest feedback.

Loved the location of property. Own pool and secure entry to Vila. Cleaning ladies very polite and cheerful.
Very old out dated decor and furniture. Beds extremely hard and not comfortable. Had to ask for pool to be maintained and cleaned. Host didn’t speak any English and communication difficult. Some of bathroom mats needing replaced/cleaned. Cobwebs around window frames needing cleaned.
