The cleanliness, the location, the outside sitting and eating spaces, great for entertaining.
Being on the second floor, not recommended for somebody with a bad knee since the stairs are tight around the corners, and the hall lights turn off quickly, however, they do have a ground floor apartment to avoid the stairs if needed.

Top lage! 1min zum strand, 5-7min bis zur altstadt. Der Host war 24h erreichbar für fragen oder anliegen. Apartment war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet. So wünscht man sich das !
Die schmale treppe, balkon vom Wohnzimmer etwas niedriges Geländer falls man Kleinkinder hat

Great location and fantastic service from the host.
We did have one or two minor issues but they were dealt with quickly by Tiago. Some of the furniture and appliances are starting to show their age so the place could do with a little modernisation.
