I loved everything else about this beach house loved the view the looks inside and out great family house
The ceiling in the master bedroom with the king bed the roof leaked when it rained and the sliding doors didn't lock

Being on the beach was great and convenient! Location is wonderful!
Upon arrival the ac was off and it was 90 in the home. Turned it on to find out it wasn’t working. Tech got there the afternoon of our second day and got it fixed but it took till day 3 to cool off. Water started pouring out of the ceiling at one point when the ac was unfreezing. Ants/bugs were present. I reached out to company for partial refund with no response. Stair cases are falling off the porches.
