We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and comfortable condo. It is a 2 bedroom place with a very comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. As a bonus, it also had 2 outdoor spaces. One of our favorite things about this place was walking down to the hotel in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast is just delicious and so many options to chose from. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome and will help you with any planning. Truly a wonderful and special place.

This property ,in a residential neighborhood, is owned/managed by a small boutique hotel about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment has two identical rooms each with a bathroom that is perfect for two couples. The living room/ dining room is small but totally adequate. The wonderful part is that you get services fromthe hotel including breakfast, cleaning, water delivery and even ordering taxis and making reservations. Marisol is remarkable and speaks perfect English. The staff is responsive and lovely. We stayed for about 10 days as we were in a language school. This place was fantastic!

Department / Apartment is delightful, just as pictured. It’s filled with light, beautiful art and folk art and thoughtfully designed with the two bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom, very private from each other. There’s a comfortable living / dining room, a kitchen with cooktop, toaster oven, microwave and fridge and two small patios. The breakfasts at the Hotel La Casona de Tita are delicious and the staff there helpful and efficient. Mar Y Cielo, the hotel manager, went out of her way to assist us in any and all ways and made our visit - which had its complications unrelated to the apartment - so much easier. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is a few blocks uphill from both the hotel and the historic center which is fine if you are fit and like walking, also fine if you walk downhill for breakfast and exploring the wonderful city and take a taxi back. But it's a good thing to know ahead of time. We spent two weeks in this lovely property and couldn't have been happier. Thanks to Amelia, Mar Y, Gabriel, Sandra, Daisy and the cooks!

The apartment was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. It was very clean and nicely decorated, tucked into a relatively quiet corner of the Centro that was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the freshly made breakfast at the cozy hotel a few blocks away. The owners and staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. We would happily return.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely apartment for one night in April 2024. It is as shown in the photos, and well equipped for two couples or a small family. Location is good for walking the central district, restaurants, galleries, etc. We would recommend to anyone!

We stayed 10 days in this wonderfully decorated, very comfortable apartment a short 10 minute walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast in the hotel courtyard. The hotel staff was extremely helpful arranging excursions to nearby towns and Mount Alban. We loved the space and convenience the apartment provided. Nearby are several excellent restaurants as well as small bars that offer nightly entertainment. An open food market is open 7 days a week selling fresh produce as well as breakfast and lunch. Everyday we discovered something new and fun to do all within a short walk of the apartment. Oaxaca is safe and the people are very friendly.

The apartment was perfect for my family of three, but it would also be great for four. The apartment is walking distance from everything Oaxaca has to offer, and it’s a short walk to the hotel where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast everyday. Mari and Jesus were so friendly and helpful with suggestions, tour and restaurant reservations. The apartment is comfortable and filled with wonderful art. I can’t wait to visit again.

We had a genuinely wonderful stay at the apartment. We'd chosen it because we have a 4-year-old and wanted a larger space to share on vacation than a hotel room, but also valued the idea of having access to the advice and care of a hotel staff. It turned out the apartment was the absolutely perfect balance of those things. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, well thought-through, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and hugely enjoyable stay. Definitely not one of those places "just to sleep in" and very much somewhere to relax and spend quality time. And then the hotel experience, grounded by walking down the hill for breakfast every morning, was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast itself deserves high praise, and the courtyard of the hotel is a gorgeous place to enjoy it, but the people were what made it all so great. So much care and attention, help when needed, never overbearing. It made the stay just perfect and we would return without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is very attractive, and the beds and linens are very comfortable. With one bedroom and bathroom upstairs from the main living area, two couples can share the space with privacy. The location is close to the historic parts of Oaxaca, which makes walking the central city comfortable. If not walking, taxies are plentiful and inexpensive. The manager and her staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and could not have been more helpful. The apartment is cleaned daily with basic supplies replenished. The hotel breakfasts are delicious and the recommendations for restaurants and sights to see are excellent. Every consideration is given to the comfort of guests. When we reported that one of us was experiencing some leg issues a few weeks before our visit, the manager immediately installed stairway railings and shower grab bars. We cannot imagine more gracious hosts. We thank each of them for our enjoyable stay in Oaxaca.
