Beautiful, comfortable and cozy home in a great location where you can walk to everything in downtown Ann Arbor. Breakfasts were homemade and delicious! Kathleen is a wonderful host.

The breakfast was exceptional -- Kathleen is clearly a foodie, and prepares a lovely varied meal with fresh local ingredients every morning. She was very warm and made me (and the other guest) feel at home, in the best sense of that phrase (if only my own home was quite as comfortable as hers! :-) She's also happy to chat (if you have time) -- in my short time there I learned a fair bit about the town through her lived experience, but also very solicitous of your privacy if you want it (and can tell the difference without being told :-)
It's really quite hard to think of anything particularly negative. Well, I guess I didn't realize that the private bathroom in my room wasn't an ensuite, but it was reserved purely for my use and right next to the bedroom, so no biggie.

The Baxter House B&B is a gem ! From the bright and beautiful interior to the gourmet breakfasts, you won't find a more welcoming atmosphere. The innkeeper Kathleen is hospitality personified.

Kathleen is just a wonderful host, the location is great, it’s very homey and welcoming. The breakfasts she makes are delicious. Great B&B to experience the true Ann Arbor.
