Clean room, central location, free street parking around, good sound proofing.
The exhaust air vents from the room and bathroom did not work. When we came in, there was a strong air freshener or cleaner smell. Few hours later we realized why: the bathroom vent did not work and there was a bad sewer smell in there. Next day I went to reception, but the person did not speak a word in English, so we had to use Google translate to communicate. He was nice enough to come with me to the room trying to understand the issue. Whatever they did that day did remove some of the smell, but the vents still did not work. It was really bad in the morning. This was room 113. Can't speak about the other rooms. This was the only issue we had, but it was enough to make me regret the reservation.
