Villa Orianna with Private Pool + Jacuzzi with Fantastic Sea and Mountain Views

We enjoy our stay at Villa Orianna. Terry and Jo welcome us greatly. The view from the house is wonderful with no neighbourhood. This villa is suitable for 6 people rather than 8. There are 3 bedrooms so my children slept in the mezzanine which was fine but less comfortable. Otherwise it was wonderful, you can easily reach main roads to go to Agios Nikolaos or elsewhere. There are a nice bar, restaurants and a small beach at Milatos if you prefer to stay close. Thanks again to Terry and Jo that were very helpful and provide us good advice.

This is a beautiful villa, in a fantastic location, up in the hills, looking down on the village below with superb wide ranging views of the sea and the hills and mountains behind There fantastic viewing and seating areas located all around the villa for everytime of day I'd refer to the pool as an infinity pool, once you're in, you look out to the sea beyond When you're sun bathing, yes it gets hot, but as you're up in the hills, you get a cooling breeze at times which is welcome There's loads of space all around, a fantastic music system, where you can hook up your music through a laptop which is provided, so you have your favourite music whilst your outside in the pool There's also UK TV, with every channel you can think of and want, table football upstairs Brilliant seating areas inside Brilliant kitchen with every gadget, untensil you'll ever need The owners are also fantastic, firstly in communication before we got there, arranging to meet us, so that we could follow them to the villa without getting lost, then they'd left us enough supplies, (milk, cereal, tea, coffee, orange juice, beers, wine, fruit) for us to not have to bother to go out shopping on the night we got there. There were enough supplied for a good day, meaning we could enjoy the pool the next day and then shop on the night. Plus the kitchen is fully stocked with herbs, spices, sugar, etc, the sort of things you need to cook, but never think of when you're out shopping (didn't need to it was there) There was also enough washing liquid, detergent, etc, to wash the clothes for an army, again something we didn't need to buy (we've stayed in lots of villas and never had this provided before) They also gave us great tips on where to shop, places to go, eat and drink Basically lovely people, who couldn't do enough for us - nothing was any trouble for them Milatos itself is a quiet village, there's a shop for basic supplies, but plenty of tavernas, for food and drink, and we found them all reasonably priced. The people running the tavernas were lovely,, talkative, again, couldn't do enough for us Then you have Malia a short drive away for supermarkets Milatos cave is worth a look for a couple of hours out All in all a brilliant holiday in a brilliant location. We would love to return No doubt I've missed off loads on this review, just take it that this place is brilliant (i like that word) and relax!!!
