Independent villa, surrounded by the Mediterranean greenery, located on the coast of Quartu Sant'elena just 500 meters from a private beach of pebbles. strategic geographical location as it is only 20 minutes from Cagliari and Villasimius. The airport and the port of Cagliari are easily accessible by car use which also allows for access to all services in the area in just 5 minutes: supermarket, restaurants / pizzerias, post office, marina of Capitana, kiosks of Poetto promenade and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, visiting every day several beaches (cala Regina, Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius). Furthermore the villa is about 2/3 minutes by car from the entrance of the new SS 125 which connects in an extraordinarily fast the white beaches of Costa Rei. The house enjoys a large outdoor area with private parking, wood stove, barbecue, solar shower, laundry area. Inside however the house is as follows: kitchen with two large sea-mountain-view windows, large living room, bedroom, bedroom with double and second bed, bathroom with shower and a small porch.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus. Toller Garten mit Hängematte. Gute Küche. Sehr gut Klimaanlage, da wir im August dort waren. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage gut aber Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Tolle Strände in der Nähe. Gut wäre noch ein WiFi Anschluss. Auch ein kleiner Pool wäre toll. Super schöner entspannender Urlaub, auch für die Kinder.

The whole booking process and communication were swift and uncomplicated. Once there, we were warmly welcomed by Manuela and Vinicio, who instructed us with all the useful things. We rarely rented a house that was so perfectly equipped as this one. Kitchen and bathroom are exceptional and so is the rest, all devices (oven, air con, washing maschine...) were working flawlessly. The house has a nice, quiet setting and is located up the hill between Quartu S'Elena and the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei. However, you will need a car to get around and to do the shopping. The next mini market is about 3 km away. We loved the place and can highly recommend it.
