About this apartment rental
#Beautiful two-bedroom beachfront apartment, completely renovated, with a built-in kitchen, all new appliances, direct access to one of the best beaches on the Cadiz coast from the landscaped grounds, located in the Almadraba Playa development, in the Atlanterra area, 1 km from the town of Zahara de los Atunes.
The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, both with TV and air conditioning/heating; a living-dining room open to the kitchen; a 15-meter terrace; a 54-inch TV; and air conditioning/heating.
All rooms face outward with views of the sea and the mountains.
The apartment includes a garage, and there is an elevator.
The bathroom has a shower tray and a shower screen.
In JULY AND AUGUST, I only rent it for full two-week periods: from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 31st.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, oven, and all kinds of kitchenware. All appliances are new.
The apartment is provided with sheets and towels.
The living room features a table for 6 people, a sofa bed, and a 54" TV
Direct access to the terrace, which has a table with 6 chairs and views of the sea and mountains
The bedrooms have built-in closets; the master bedroom has a 150-cm bed and a TV, while the other bedroom has two 90-cm beds, a TV, and views of the sea and mountains.
The complex has two swimming pools, open from June 15 to September 15; one is for children and has lifeguards on duty.
There are children’s play areas in the gardens.
The complex features a paddle tennis court, and there is direct access to the beach through the complex itself.
The apartment has a garage space accessible by elevator; there are also reserved parking areas outside the complex.
There are bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the surrounding area, and you can walk through the pedestrian zone to the town, which is 1.5 km away.
Wonderful beaches: You can enjoy a large number of fine-sand beaches in the surrounding area; even during peak season, you can find beaches that are nearly deserted.
Towns to visit: The entire coast of the province of Cádiz offers a wide variety of towns of tourist interest, from Vejer, Conil, and Tarifa to others in the mountains along the White Villages Route.

Nos ha encantado la zona, las playas, la urbanización muy bien un lujoso estar en la piscina viendo el mar, desde los jardines ya se sale a la playa, y luego para comer muy bien, muchos bares cerca, el apartamento muy completo con una estupenda terraza, para volver

Que decir sobre ese maravillosomrincón, magníficas playas, el pueblo tan acogedor y estupendos restaurantes, sin estress, pura tranquilidad, un apartamento muy bien equipado, al lado de la playa, con una terraza de 15 mt para disfrutar de las vistas, pues que es un paraiso. Jesús y Begoña gracias por vuestra cordialidad, el año que viene buscaremos un hueco para volver
