The residential complex is very well maintained and features excellent lighting, making it ideal for evening strolls and enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. It is a residential area surrounded by gardens, palm trees, and lawns. Without leaving the complex, you can shop at supermarkets, fishmongers, greengrocers, prepared food shops, and a bazaar with direct access to the beach.



The small streets within the complex lead you to leisure and relaxation areas such as the swimming pool, the beach, the children's playground, and the paddle courts. Everything is within walking distance, just five minutes from the mentioned areas. The complex is located in Atlanterra, between Zahara de los Atunes and Playa de los Alemanes, and is called Bahía de La Plata.



The apartment is ideal for couples and families. You have access to a supermarket, butcher, newsstand, restaurant, swimming pool, paddle courts, children's playground, and beach access. It has two bathrooms, one of them en suite in the main bedroom. The terrace is spacious, with grass, a pergola, a granite table, and seating, perfect for outdoor dining and activities.
