Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for better service.
The food was delicious and cooked with care, we ate dinner there twice. Once again the waiters and bar staff were friendly and helpful.
Just some small things, sometimes the lifts are very slow and also the pool is beautiful but too deep so I couldn't just stand in the pool (there was a nice shallow bit to sit in though)

Spacious room with huge balcony and a bathtub. Roof top pool was also good for relaxing and staying cool. Close to metro and centre. Epic breakfast with so much choice
Breakfast room staff not very friendly. Incredibly windy on rooftop area some days. Lifts quite small for such a big hotel.

Roof top pool for views. The rooms were comfortable.
The property was basic and in an awful area. Some of the staff were friendly. Others were very rude.
