    We had great time and good stay at the Ramada, incredible staff and very convenient location almost nearby the main attraction, I very recommended.

    I booked a Family Room with Balcony for my family, including two very young babies, however the accommodation and service provided were completely unacceptable and did not match what was advertised or paid for. Upon arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, staff took our passports and asked us to wait in the lobby. We were left waiting for approximately one hour without any explanation or updates. Eventually, we were given room cards and escorted upstairs by the bellboy, only to discover that we had been assigned two small double rooms next to each other instead of the family room with balcony that we had booked. The bellboy informed us that this was "not his problem" and told us to speak to management. After discussing the issue with management, we were informed that our booked family room was unavailable because it was undergoing cleaning due to a bug infestation. We were assured that the family room would be ready after breakfast the following morning. As a result, we were forced to spend the night in two separate, cramped rooms. Travelling with two very small babies had already been exhausting, and the situation made matters significantly worse. The rooms had poor ventilation, the babies struggled to sleep, and because we expected to move rooms the next day, we could not properly unpack our belongings. Managing luggage, baby items and sleeping arrangements across two small rooms was extremely stressful. The following morning after breakfast, we approached management regarding the promised family room. We were told that we could either take two connecting rooms or wait for the family room. We were shown the connecting rooms, which were acceptable. We were then shown the family room that we had originally booked; however, a family was still occupying it at the time. When I asked when it would actually be available, I was told approximately 4:00 pm that afternoon. This was unacceptable as we had been specifically promised that the room would be ready immediately after breakfast. To avoid further disruption and inconvenience for our children, we reluctantly accepted the connecting rooms rather than waiting yet another day. Despite this, we still did not receive the accommodation that we had paid for. What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of management throughout our stay. We were met with dismissive responses, and when we raised our concerns, management argued that we had been offered two options and therefore should not be complaining. One member of management even remarked to my sister that we had "only come here to complain", which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. When we raised these issues and expressed our dissatisfaction during our stay, hotel staff repeatedly informed us that there was nothing they could do and that we would need to take the matter up with Agoda directly. This response was extremely frustrating, particularly given that the issues arose from the hotel's inability to provide the accommodation that had been booked and paid for, as well as the various service and maintenance problems we experienced during our stay. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation or offer any meaningful assistance, responsibility was simply redirected elsewhere. There were also several maintenance issues during our stay: • The safes in both rooms were not functioning. We requested assistance and were told someone would come to help, however nobody ever arrived. Management later incorrectly claimed that someone had already attended to the issue. • One of the sinks had a blocked drain. Although this issue was eventually resolved, assistance did not arrive until the evening. • Both rooms had an unpleasant mouldy smell along with a sewage or foul odour. Finally, on the day of our departure, we left our luggage with the hotel after checking out and were assured that it would be stored securely in the storage room until we returned later that evening.     the room was terrible no view no proper window and when i asked the receptionist to change it they were very unfriendly both night shift and morning shift they refused saying that i have to contact agoda as my reservation was with agoda and agoda pay for that room only. as i have a person with disability and can't stand a room without view and proper sunlight my whole trip was ruined as he is always frustrated from the situations. to be honest i wouldn't recommend agoda or ramada plaza for anyone
