The location is absolutely perfect. It’s very well valued for what they offer
Since the hotel is in the centre the parking might be a bit challenging (we were 9 people with 3 cars and we still managed)

Единственият минус е подземният гараж. Наклонът му е доста голям, което затруднява влизането и излизането, особено за по-ниски леки коли.

We had to make a last minute booking and they accommodated us with no problem. We even received a call to check that we would arrive before reception closed. The sauna was a bonus after a late night karaoke party.
In some places it is showing its age - the lift complains a bit and probably needs service just to smooth the ride.
