- convenient location
- equipped for the families with small children
- it’s really family hotel- so with the grownup kids it was a bit annoying. However for families with small kids it’s ok
- the sun beds and umbrellas at the beach don’t belong to the hotel, you have to pay for it even when you have all inclusive stay, and it was quite expensive
- there are some sun beds and umbrellas around the hotel available, mostly next to swimming pool, but again there are small kids around , so not too much relaxing

Perfect location to explore the island. Friendly staff. Clean, rooms nice size.
The restaurant was like a cafeteria and the food was very poor.

Great location and very large rooms! Was given a proper cot for our baby instead of a portacot which was extremely appreciated!
Very old and rundown. No aircon in our room, just the loungeroom. The baby cot which we requested at the time of booking 6 months prior was not in the room upon arrival - I had to run downstairs to see where it was and got told that they may not have one available and to go back to my room and someone may or may not arrive to our room with one. I chose to wait at the reception area until they could do tell me for sure if there was one available. Luckily they did have one and they brought it to our room not long after. Minibar fridge did not work so all cold foods/drinks had to be thrown out. "All inclusive" is only in certain parts of the hotel at certain times. We ate at the buffet one time and then decided we would not be touching the food again for any meals. Definitely not worth the 4 stars it claims to be.
