Zona muy tranquila, casa súper limpia con ropa de cama y de aseo necesaria. Deja un detalle de agua, vino, café e infusiones. Atenta en todo momento, incluso sin haber hecho la reserva con los dos niños nos dejó alojarlos a última hora.

Hay que dejar el impuesto de turista (15cent/noche/persona) en efectivo y lo supe el mismo día. Salimos a dar un paseo y cuando llegamos había un chico limpiando la piscina, en ningún momento nos avisaron de que vendría ni espero a que nosotros le abriéramos para entrar.

The property is good overall, however, needs some detail sorting for me to have scored it higher. The small double bed is too small (the room is large!) and rather uncomfortable, more pillows are needed, the bed linen is looking rather tired. The shower has lovely hot water but absolutely no adjustment on the head (again easy and inexpensive to resolve) Finally, a more detailed inspection between rental’s, cooking utensils required re cleaning prior to use, the washing up sponges were worn out so we purchased replacements. These are small details, but important as I would not consider this budget accommodation

This casa with personality is located in the corner of a cozy, genuine Canarian village between mountains. The villa is beautifully restored, traditional with thick stone walls but yet with a modern twist and has excellent privacy although the neighbours are next door. It's a bit dark indoors in the evenings as there are only roof windows but we liked the its warm feeling. For us two the casa was spacious. We loved the private plunge pool although it wasn't heated and therefore enabled a lovely wake-up dip in the mornings and after a hike up in the mountains. The heating/air-conditioning units of the house were great but be sure to have woollen socks or slippers for cold stone floors. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance and a Spar supermarket for every-day use. The lively Puerto de Mogan is only a ten-minute drive away if you want to enjoy beach life, marina feel and many bars and restaurants. Hiking routes around Mogan are good but somewhat challenging.

We had some difficulties with blocked sinks and some worn-out kitchen utensils but manager Nicola helped us to get them fixed. It may be difficult to find parking space in the street but there was usually space by the field a bit further away, not too far anyway.

individual House, quiet , spacey, easy to park , clean, facility /furniture nicely maintained . with swimming pool but not heated, but would be a great value adding in summer , love the Barrique place!

onwer claimed to have a heated pool, but he didn’t heat the pool as promised . before traveling I have written clearly that they have to heat the pool and I booked such a remote place only for the purpose of the heated pool and I agree to pay addition 35€ per day but he used the Spanish way to fail the promised. he pretended to forget and it was unclear at the first 2 days of our stay. and then start to promoting the energy crisis bullish. simply unwilling to confess that there is not enough power for the set up of that house to offer heated pool, so it is a fake promotion ! and they only offered 3 small roll of single layer toilet paper for a whole family staying for 5days ! no kitchen paper, facility from kitchen rather poor and cheap stuffs . be careful of the toaster , it’s a safety hazard, make sure you are all time attendance while toasting your bread. no dishwasher , cooking panel hard to operate , washing machine might be 20 years old , falling apart, the whole house has no decent windows only roof windows, makes the whole Hause dark and depressing.
