Location is convenient as located in city center, near Xuân Hương lake, leads to main roads. There's parking lot for private car and provide room for driver. Room facilities is fairly pleasant enough for short stay only (1-2 night). Price is affordable.
The owner & staff wasn't present often at the reception, so check out early was a bit inconvenient. Toilet floor was wet all the time from my arrival and I have to wait for a long time for warm water to run out to shower. There're big mosquitoes in the room. There's construction at the gate of the hotel but we didn't get support or instruction from staff at all until arrival & we have to find a way to get in ourselves.
