    Stayed here for three nights when I first arrived in Dalat and I'd happily stay again. For the price (around ***/night with breakfast included), this place is excellent value — among the best I've found in Vietnam. Staff are genuinely nice. Breakfast was included and was good. The location is convenient. WiFi was generally fine, with occasional brief drop-outs. A few honest notes for future guests, not as complaints but so people know what to expect: The room I had didn't have AC or TV. Dalat's climate is mild enough that I didn't miss the AC at all — but worth being aware of. There also wasn't a desk or chair in my room, which made it hard to work from inside. If you're a remote worker, you'll want to check whether your room has a workspace or plan to work elsewhere. The cleaning was good but not deep — surfaces were tidy but you'd occasionally notice things like stray hairs that had been missed. Other reviewers have mentioned the same. It didn't bother me much, but a more thorough cleaning routine would lift this place from good to great. One small thing — my room had a second small window that had been covered with contact paper. Felt like a wasted window. Curtains would have been a nicer choice. None of this stopped me from enjoying the stay or recommending the place. For the price, you're getting strong value, friendly people, and a solid base in Dalat. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

    Good staff, good english, good location (easy to go everywhere), nice bed and also very clean. They gave us a free shower when we first set foot in Da Lat even though we hadn't checked in yet and they also gave us a free shower before we left Da Lat, even though we had already checked out in the morning. They were very kind. They are also very kind and fast to respond if we ask something we don't know. highly recommended!! Thank you so muchhh

    Tổng quan: chuyến đi này nhóm mình có đi cả phòng đôi và phòng đơn, chung qui trải nghiệm từ staff đến không gian, và dịch vụ đều nằm ở mức tuyệt vời, với một số điểm cần khắc phục nữa là Home quá xuất sắc luôn - Giá cả: phù hợp dao động trong khoảng 200k-450k/đêm (giá năm 2025), theo mình đánh giá với những chất lượng nhận được, đây là mức giá vô cùng ổn với chất lượng cơ sở vật chất và dịch vụ như thế naỳ - Staff: vô cùng nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng, luôn hỗ trợ nhóm mình hết sức có thể từ dịch vụ giặt ủi, gọi đặt xe, nhận phòng sớm, hỗ trợ kể cả khách sau chưa đến nhận phòng liền - Cơ sở vật chất: mọi thứ luôn nằm trong gam màu ấm. Ở những phòng đơn luôn nhấn mạnh về thông điệp chữa lành. Các phòng luôn đầy đủ vật dụng cần thiết, có điều hơi ít móc phơi đồ. Một vài phòng có thiết kế khá lạ - Vị trí: không quá gần trung tâm nên đi ra chợ thì có xa một chút, phải tốn khoảng 15-20'. Nếu đi mưa gió thì nên cân nhắc - Điềm cần cải thiện: Home đảm bảo là các khu vực nhà vệ sinh, phòng tắm chung sẽ được dọn dẹp thường xuyên nhưng trong quá trình mình ở có thể do thiếu người, dẫn đến các thùng rác chưa được dọn dẹp mỗi ngày. Một vấn đề khác là nước uống, có thể do đoàn mình đến hơi đông nên và nhiều nên bình nước được phát cho từng phòng, người có người không. - Có đáng quay lại: nếu mình cần 1 nơi chữa lành và bình yên thì Home sẽ là lựa chọn đầu tiên để mình quay lại
