I would like to express my gratitude and congratulations for the exceptional quality of my stay at your establishment. The location is simply magnificent and the beauty of the site can only be praised. A big thank you to Thomas, the manager, for his unrivaled kindness and constant attention. He made our stay even more enjoyable, by demonstrating remarkable professionalism. All the staff, smiling and available, contributed to a high-quality experience. The additional gestures of kindness really made the difference and were very much appreciated. I cannot ignore the incredible quality of the restaurant. It is a real hidden star chef who officiates in your kitchen, the dishes were delicious, refined and worthy of the greatest tables. Although our arrival was tarnished by a storm, Thomas was able to manage everything with great mastery. We had the opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous apartment in the city, which perfectly compensated for the weather conditions. The stay was truly memorable, not only thanks to the quality of the services, but also to the little touches and gifts that made our experience even more unique. And what can I say about Thomas' Schnapps, a treat! I would also like to salute the staff in general, including the cleaning ladies, who were adorable, smiling and welcoming, giving the impression of feeling at home. Their kindness was a real ray of sunshine. Even if I am tempted to keep this place a secret, it seems important to me to underline all the quality and attention you put into making each stay an exceptional moment. Thank you to Thomas and his entire team for making this stay unforgettable

It is everything you might expect it to be and more

Tom and his team are incredible. We were there already in December 2021 and felt so cosy and looked after that decided to repeat experience this last week. Tom and his team helped us making it to the Chalet even though access was already much restricted given the late we arrived. We found a warmth welcome, and the room this time was as excellent and private as the one in our last time. Same top quality in the practical and luxurious settings of the room and facilities, same top quality in the briefing and sorting of our questions, same high-top quality in every recipe that we tried on his restaurant. His team always was timely and efficient, they were as friendly as professional. We were delighted with most of the handmade products that they had to offer to us. In addition, everyone in the sky stores and cable cars knows and appreciates Tom, and therefore are always keen to help to us as feeling welcome and sorted. That is an unexpected but great extra to consider.

The only sad part was to acknowledge that we had to go. Time passed to fast in our little paradise that we are now looking into repeat experience again asap.

Astonishing!

- The views are unbelievable! - We tried dumplings, steak and mushroom soup in the restaurant and all were super delicious! but the soup is a must! - Everything looked and felt neat and fresh - Above all the worm welcoming and the extended help by the owners

- Due to extreme weather we were out of electricity for like 12 hrs. But we totally understand that, it even made or stay somewhat more enjoyable:)

Above and Beyond Expectations

We loved everything. We were received warmly; the room was as perfect as in the pictures; Tom and his team ensured at all times that we were relaxed and that we would not worry for anything. The location is right aside the ski and sledges tracks, and the teams of these facilities ensure all was easy for us to access to. The jacuzzi and spa areas were all we needed to have after our time outside in the tracks. The food from the restaurant felt fresh, local, and tasting way above what we were expecting to find. Finally, we felt definitely home thanks to such a discreet and friendly team and their good vibes. We DE-FI-NI-TE-LY will return to this little oasis during the next winter season.

The only thing we did not like was having to leave such beautiful place at the end of our holidays. We already are preparing our next visit there!

De erg gastvrije ontvangst en oog voor detail op alle vlak! De chalet is comfortabel ingericht, het zicht indrukwekkend en het personeel enorm klantvriendelijk! Het eten is trouwens uitstekend van kwaliteit en erg gevarieerd, alles met zorg bereid!

Niets, enkel rekening mee houden dat Chalet Stern enkel via de kabelbaan is te bereiken. Maar dat maakt de locatie erg mooi midden in de natuur en is er absolute stilte na 17.00u.

Wunderschöner Ort. Das Chalet Stern ist ein traumhafter, ruhiger Rückzugsort mit spektakulärem Bergblick – den Sonnenaufgang sieht man direkt vom Bett aus. Der Spa- und Relaxbereich ist top, ideal zum Abschalten. Zahlreiche Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür. Das Essen ist grossartig– vom Frühstück über Snacks bis hin zu hochwertigen Gourmet-Dinners. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet: viel Holz, stilvolle Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne. Der Besitzer ist äußerst freundlich und grosszügig – man fühlt sich rundum willkommen. Auch die An- und Abreise sind perfekt organisiert.
