Villa Emilio

A very clean and comfortable villa with a beautiful pool and pool area. The villa had everything we needed for a week shared between friends (two couples). The kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven. There is also a barbeque outside that we used one evening with great success (we needed to buy the coal from the local supermarket, but it was easy to find). The staff who came a couple of times to clean the pool during our stay were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend for your time in Cala En Porter (a town I also would highly recommend for a more relaxed stay, still with all the amenities you need)

It wasn't a problem for us, as we are all fit and healthy. But the villa is at the top end of town. So if you do not have a car, and have mobility issues, the walk from town or from the beach could be difficult. Though noting that even if you stay in the centre of town, it is a steep hill climb or stairs to return home anywhere from the beach. Something to consider.

The private pool, the privacy and the location is very good. The villa was clean too and the information was clear. We had parking place before the villa.

We always hire a private house and this was the first house where there wasn’t soap in the shower, no coffee machine, no pool towels, no mirror in the bedroom. When you are two women preparing to get ready at the same time, you have a problem. However we enjoyed our stay very much, some details could certainly improve the experience.

Attractive sun terrace with good size swimming pool. Distant countryside views. Sunsets can be viewed from the terrace. Easy to locate the villa on entering Cala en Porter. Car parking by the roadside directly outside the villa.

A basic holiday villa, simply furnished, with a very large unattractive breakfast bar that dominates the open plan kitchen/lounge. Dated bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower. Guests with mobility issues could find it difficult stepping in and out of the bath. The wall dividing the next door villa is not high enough to afford complete privacy.
