About this house rental
House occupancy is limited to 12 people including kids so be aware there is an extra fee for each person between 11-12.
This is a very spacious, comfortable home, perfect for families, close to restaurants and shopping, the beach, casinos and close to Northstar and Alpine Meadows ski resorts! While there is a garage, there is PLENTY of parking own the long driveway.
My home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood among the tall trees of Tahoe Vista. Enjoy fast, free wifi, big screen YouTube TV, plus TV/Blu ray in master BR, and another TV in kids room. Enjoy sitting on either deck ( one with a distant lake view ) and relax!
Need to wash your clothes? No problem, there is a washer/dryer right in the main bathroom. Enjoy soft sheets are on every single bed. Cozy in with a fireplace and watch Netflix.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, coffeemaker and grinder, pots/pans, whatever you need to cook as if you're at home.
PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST if you are interested in a SKI LEASE, they start the first Monday after New Years Day. There is a minimum of 3 months to rent it and requires references. There is an age requirement of 28 to rent.

This house was excellent for two families to spend a long weekend. The location is walkable to the local beach (great since parking is challenging) and has a noice outlook at the top of a hill. The outdoor space is great for a BBQ and the communal living space very adequate. There is a bathroom on both floors. The room config for reference is upstairs is the room with single beds and second room with a queen bed, and downstairs is the room with two double beds and a separate room with the king bed. Both floors have their own bathroom. Upstairs was much hotter since hot air rises, but as long as you open the windows and blinds, the cooler evening air could come through given its on top of a hill. Michelle was easy to communicate with and we had an enjoyable stay!

Great location because it’s just a 3 min walk to the beach. BUT the neighbors were obnoxiously loud from 2am-7am and had their car lights on which flashed straight into our room. The living room was VERY dusty, not sure when the last time this place had been rented or if the cleaning people just forget to sweep and dust. The blender that was there for use was broken. We had bought meat to BBQ and there was no BBQ grill. Luckily the neighbors (on the left side) were going to let us borrow a grill but they were able to get a hold of the owners and they ended up giving us the code to where the grill was. …. Although it was a rough start we had a great time.
