About this house rental

House occupancy is limited to 12 people including kids so be aware there is an extra fee for each person between 11-12.

This is a very spacious, comfortable home, perfect for families, close to restaurants and shopping, the beach, casinos and close to Northstar and Alpine Meadows ski resorts! While there is a garage, there is PLENTY of parking own the long driveway.

My home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood among the tall trees of Tahoe Vista. Enjoy fast, free wifi, big screen YouTube TV, plus TV/Blu ray in master BR, and another TV in kids room. Enjoy sitting on either deck ( one with a distant lake view ) and relax!

Need to wash your clothes? No problem, there is a washer/dryer right in the main bathroom. Enjoy soft sheets are on every single bed. Cozy in with a fireplace and watch Netflix.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, coffeemaker and grinder, pots/pans, whatever you need to cook as if you're at home.

PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST if you are interested in a SKI LEASE, they start the first Monday after New Years Day. There is a minimum of 3 months to rent it and requires references. There is an age requirement of 28 to rent.

We had a great time in this cabin , walking distance to the lake although the crowd at the beach is not welcoming to us Asians, Didn’t stay long, just went for a walk around the area.House is clean everything we need for cooking is available .Although there are things that needs to be updatedWill recommend to friends .

I stayed here for an long weekend Fri-Sun (late Sept) for a weekend getaway, there were 8 of us. Pros: Checkin process through the lockbox was good/easy, instructions were clear and lockbox easy to find. Location: very close to King's Beach, 5mins away from Safeway and local eateries Room: There are two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Seven beds altogether so great for large group gatherings. One of the bedrooms' downstairs looks like it was an extension so insulation is thin but a heater was provided to keep the room comfortable. It was perfect since nighttime was just around 50 degrees, not too sure how comfortable it would be in the winter though. Improvement: Cleanliness: The house is overall dated which is fine but carpets had plenty of stains- enough to warrant a new carpet replacement. Inside bathrooms and kitchen space were cleaned well by housekeeping but the patio needs sweeping and wiping down, we ended up not using the patio altogether. Amenities: Plenty of towels but they were all really beat up. Plates/bowls need replacement due to chips and cracks. Shampoo, handsoap, dishwashing liquid were provided. It would have been nice to have conditioner and body wash. Bedding, sheets were clean but worn out and can use replacement as well. There were plenty of extra sheets, pillows, blankets, towels in the closet but it wasn't organized well but that's an easy fix. Restricted to only 2 loads of laundry- weird.

We enjoyed the layout of the house having one bathroom in the second floor and one in the first floor (no master bedroom) house also has plenty of beds and rooms for big families. Locations is perfect just about 5 minutes walk to the beach.

My husband and I started the week off alone and had a wonderful time. Our grown children and grandchildren joined us for the last weekend and this home was perfect for our family of 10. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our time here. Communication with the homeowner was awesome! We would definitely book this home again!

We stayed at this property for our first annual girls weekend and we were not disappointed. The property was spacious and beautiful and the outside patio was perfect for the evenings. The location was close to lots of shopping areas and restaurants and a conveniences like a grocery store. The property was better than expected and made our trip to Tahoe so much better.

My friend and I decided to plan a New Years Eve trip to Lake Tahoe with our families (we each have three boys) and from the initial photos and booking through the duration of our stay, we had a wonderful experience! All questions were answered in a timely manner and everything about how to enter and leave the home was spelled out. The location was great and while we didn’t have much snow, we enjoyed the lake view from the family room, enjoyed some brief snow flurries the first morning and were able to take a quick adventure to Incline Village and Truckee. I loved the size of the dining room table because several other homes have a standard four person table and we had ten people total so it was very helpful. It was nice having all the kitchen utensils needed to cook up some delicious meals. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who likes their space (four rooms and 8 beds total!) wants that secluded feel, but still within minutes of civilization. I would definitely book this home again if we were going to come back to Lake Tahoe!

This rental isn't the newest nor the fanciest, but we were pleasantly surprised how well it fit our needs. It had enough beds, was closely located to a Lake Tahoe beach, was clean, and was very homey. Written instructions were a little confusing, and there was no soap or shampoo provided, but for the price, we were happy with our stay.

Nice little cabin for 2 families. 1 family stayed upstairs with a bathroom and beds and we stayed downstairs with beds and a bathroom. Nice patio deck, needs a little work but nice and relaxing. Was a little warm but plenty of fans were provided so it was nice and cool by bed time.. Overall it was a good experience.

The property’s location is convenient to King’s Beach which is within walking distance, as well as to Truckee and Tahoe City. The house is very dated in terms of decor, style and furnishings. As others mention, the cleanliness could be much better. There are stains in the carpet, dirty window screens, and the house could use a good deep clean. We had to clean the outdoor furniture before using them. There were rodent droppings in one of the window’s sills. One of the cutting boards had been stored and was not washed which made me skeptical of everything else in the kitchen. It missed some very basic necessities that other hosts offer with their properties: bath soap and/or body wash, hand soap and face cloths.

The location is perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to the lake, 15 minute drive to the river for fishing, rafting and kayaking and a 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Management is very responsive too.

Location was stellar, and the house was great but it got really hot during the day and the upstairs doesn’t really cool off until past midnight. There were some fans around but I’m not sure they did a ton. But this place is super close to the water, which is where we went to cool off
