About this villa rental
This is a Traditional Portuguese Villa set in wonderful private 2.5 acre grounds landscaped and private gated drive.
Easy access to the Main A125 and nearby access to the Motorways.
1. Ample Parking facilities.
2. A nearby village with a small but well equipped Grocery shop.
3. Small Restaurants,cafe and Wine Bar.
4. An exceptional Butchers within the grounds of the VilaVita Bier Garden/restaurant at the end of our Lane.
5. Many superb golf courses.,
6. 3 Waterparks
7. nearby local Beaches
8. We have 3 Ground level bedrooms , 1 Master bedroom with en-suite able to add a cot or single childs bed if required.
1 double bedroom
1 Twin bedded bedroom with Bathroom between them.
1 large bedroom upstairs with bathroom and a small annex room with a single bed.
9. Well equipped Kitchen,Lounge with TV /Internet, and indoor eating ares.
10. Outdoor eating areas around the Villa seating 8/10 on Patio and also areas around the pool.
11. for short stay lets ( 3 days minimum ) there will be an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros.

From booking to check in I can’t fault the communication from Paula. The villa itself was clean, well stocked with towels and the new looking kitchen had everything you could need during your stay. The pool and gardens were beautifully kept with the lovely gardener popping in almost daily ensuring the pool was clean. We could not have been happier with the villa and amenities. The location should be perfect, quiet and private, but the peace it shattered 24/7 by the local barking dogs. As dog lovers we are not bothered by the occasional bark, but we were kept awake on numerous occasions by the dogs barking throughout the night as well as all day, everyday. Unfortunately this is not under the control of the owner, but definitely something to be aware of.

We spent a great week here. We had everything we need and the communication with Paula and Corrina was very easy since the first time.

Everything was fine, except the gardener. That man came many times, spontaneous & without saying „ Hello, may I disturb you?“… it‘s a little bit strange, when somebody walks early in the morning around your house.
But at the end, we were happy, many thanks.

I was on holiday with my girlfriend so it was extra special to have it to ourselves , after a few all inclusive hotel holidays this was a welcome change , no putting towels on sun beds , no noisy adults ( I understand kids are noisy ) ..No cheesy entertainment and queuing for food and drinks .. We had breakfast and lunch in the Villa and went out for evening meals , following some of the advice from the info pack in the Villa .. We walked into Porches for a couple of meals and used the shop which sold everything we needed .. The best thing about Quinta Roseires without doubt is the garden we felt like millionaires ..We will defintely return .Martin Smith & Debi Lane
