Studio fonctionnel et suffisant l'été pour un couple. Pleine vue sur la mer et la plage : à vous les levers de soleil et de lune. Baie vitrée qui s'ouvre en totalité. Le ventilateur est bien utile. En haute saison, la place de parking au sous-sol est indispensable. Cette année l'ascenseur du parking est mis en fonction, bien pratique pour les arrivées et départs. Ce 2ème séjour a été agréable une fois de plus, l'immeuble est propre. Serge est à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour tous conseils sur les lieux.

Séjour en couple de 3 semaines de vacances réussies. Annonce conforme en tout point. Petit studio optimisé et fonctionnel. Parfait pour l'été à 2 personnes. Rangements, petite penderie, électroménager en état de marche. Store au balcon et ventilateur très appreciable. Douche au top. La vue est splendide en tout point. Voir le lever du soleil pour les lève-tôt est un spectacle magnifique. Accès à la plage en 2 minutes. Nous avons apprécié qu'il n y ait pas de voitures qui circulent, c'est très rare. L'immeuble est sécurisé par badge, très propre. Nous conseillons de prendre la place de parking au sous-sol en août. La promenade est
