About this apartment rental
Small paradise, ideal for families, 30 meters from a 2 km long beach. Crystal clear blue sea. Private and collective park for the residence.
Apartment with all the comforts consisting of:
* South facing balcony with table and chairs.
* Kitchen with dishwasher.
* 2 bedrooms (sleeping provided: duvet and pillows for 5 people, bedding is not provided)
* 1 bathroom with washing machine.
* 3 adult bicycles available.
* Wifi and TV with Spanish and French channels.
* 1 fan (ceiling light) in each room
* Small children's playground within the residence
Close to the sea, quiet, well maintained, comfort, friendliness, well equipped both in terms of bedding (excellent mattresses), and for small household appliances (toaster, mixer, kettle, Nespresso).
PLEASE NOTE:
- Linen (bedding, towels and dish towels) optional and on request: 15€/person/stay.
- Beach towels are not provided.
- Final cleaning is not required, included in the total price of the reservation on Vrbo.
- Non-smoking apartment.
- Pets (whatever they are) are not allowed.
- Private collective parking in the pine forest at the bottom of the building
- Shops (Lidl, Aldi, Decathlon, Casa, pharmacy...) at the entrance of the Marina, approx. 10 minutes walk.

Had a week here with my daughter. The apartment overlooks the marina and is at the edge of the town. The view from the balcony of the marina with the hills behind is lovely. The owners made checking in etc easy and it was clean and tidy. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from the town itself which has good restaurants. There’s also a Lidl and Aldi nearby.
