Ocean Trail 205 is a relaxing and spacious beachfront condominium available
for Saturday weekly rentals. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a
close-up view of the ocean and dunes. In the evenings, you might see the dune foxes out playing. The
comfortable living room is furnished with a couch, three comfy armchairs, and a large flat-screen
television with DVR. The sliding glass balcony doors allow for plenty of natural light to brighten the
living area. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the
dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with stools at the counter for grabbing a quick bite. For a more
pleasant taste, the kitchen faucet and ice-maker use filtered water. The master bedroom overlooks the
ocean and has a king-size bed, a writing desk, a television with DVR, plenty of charging locations, and a
private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bunkbed (twin on top; double
on bottom), a television with HDMI cable, and plenty of charging locations. The second bathroom is
located in the hallway. The ocean is just steps away from the condo and there is an outdoor shower to
rinse away the sand after your day on the beach. This property sleeps up to seven people comfortably,
so bring the whole family!
Amenities: central air conditioning and heat, two assigned parking spaces, an elevator, three TVs, free
WiFi, Cable TV with DVR and premium channels, HBO Channels, full-size washer and dryer,
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker (drip), toaster, stove, disposal, and an

lookout for wildlife in the marshes and water as you walk along: herons, osprey, Maryland crabs,
horseshoe crabs, etc.
? Enjoy a round of mini-golf at Nick’s on 57 th Street, or (if it’s raining) play at Old Pro’s indoor mini-
golf on 68 th Street.

Very nice, door lock is a little stubborn, master bath shower door was off the track and the living room slider needs to be adjusted and reglazed. I could see outside, (at the top, where it should seal to the right side stationary panel), with it locked. The gasket is pulled completely off the glass.
Overall, everything was fine.
Someone should work on lowering the humidity! Hahaha!

This condo was PERFECT! Great location, the beach was steps away, and we could view the ocean from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a full-size washer and dryer right in the condo! The ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer worked great, but it would have been nice to have filtered drinking water (faucet or part of the refrigerator). That being said, the tap water was fine. The main hall bathroom had the BEST shower (huge walk-in with great fixtures)!
This condo was very clean and comfortably decorated with great flooring! I practice yoga-like stretches daily and the carpeting was beautiful and soft! The wireless internet/TV services were great to include a Smart TV! We have been renting beach front houses/condo's since 2008 every year and this is the first time my husband and I would consider renting a place again, so we would highly recommend this place to our friends and family. There was only one minor con for us. We aren't used to memory foam-like mattresses and prefer something firmer. The king bed in the master BR took some getting used to, but believe me, by the end of our week stay we were well rested. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay after Labor Day. Many thanks to the owner for renting this wonderful condo off-season!
