Location is fantastic! Quiet location. Very walkable to the center of town and the beach. Super close to Seaside, Cannon Beach and Astoria! Easy to fit three cars in the drive. The layout of the house makes it easy to close off sleeping zone v. hang out area.
It's a bit outdated and a scented candle came in handy to freshen up the vibe. Couldn't find any cleaning products to wipe counters when we spilled on them. So be sure to bring your own! Also bring tin foil and plastic wrap for the kitchen. Speaking of, I couldn't find a plastic spatula. Seems like a weird thing to note but I was super concerned about scratching the pans using the metal spatula.

Maintenance was poor.
Master shower had major recalking needed so we didn’t use upper shower.
Lighting arrangements were poor so difficult to read at night
Stairs out to street slippery as snot when wet. Beware.
Difficult access code issue upon entry but those were later resolved.
Very loud HVAC system
