Long term special pricing available. Please send a inquiry to get pricing for long term. You have 100 percent Full Guest Privacy within / full use of large in ground pool/deck. POOl opens first-week of June Private washer/dryer. Large private back yard. Large kitchen. Three bedrooms of which one is a loft bedroom in a private side of house. Plenty parking. Note: Entire house is yours privately, as well the large barbecue patio deck, as well the large backyard with a fire pit. Pool area is separated a fence for your privacy and child safety. Bbq propane tank refill by courtesy of guests. Pls honor and move it forward.

A friendly family friend who works for the State. Conveniently near Sunrise highway and only 20 minutes west of beautiful Westhampton Beach & 20 minutes via 495 to Wine Country.Factory outlet and a convenient shopping plaza 2 minutes away featuring a super market and PF gym. Quiet family child friendly neighborhood, wide streets. Close to ocean and fire island ferries, West Hampton , North Fork wineries and Riverhead Factory Outlets. Policy of at least 3 day minimum rentals. Long term rentals available at special pricing. Ask by inquiry.

Great location near 495 and a shopping plaza. Felt safe in neighborhood, no issues. Able to access Long Island Rail to get in to the city about ten miles away. Really can’t say enough about location as long as you don’t need to be right in the city or on the beach. Didn’t stay in the house long during trip but had all the basics we needed. Was able to reach the owner with an issue that we solved quickly. Tremendous value. Would stay here again.

Nothing special. This property served its purpose, though sleeping capacity was not entirely accurate. Bring your own pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Some windows do not close completely or lock.
