About this house rental
Newly renovated, very clean, quiet, private basement apartment setup. Tv in living room and sperate TVs in each room with all streaming services (must use own log in)

Front door and bedroom doors have smart locks on them.
Guest access
Full access to all spaces.

We stayed for two nights in August '25 for a wedding we attended in Wading River. The property is as advertised and the photos are accurate.*host was an excellent communicator*directions were clear and simple*It is a basement, so there aren't windows which meant we slept in well. *the shower is awesome! I wish I could pack it up and take it with me. *the kitchen is stocked with blender, toaster, Keurig, traditional, coffee, pot, silverware, plates, cups… A full size oven/stove and microwave. Small, but modern and thoughtfully stocked. * as other babies have mentioned, there is no air conditioning. However, it's an underground basement, and there were a bunch of fans for us to use. It was a warm summer weekend and we were pretty comfortable. The noise of the fans were welcomed as we like white noise while we sleep. *I thought the bed was comfortable in the first bedroom. I didn't try the second bedroom myself, but no one complained.*you do have to walk down a flight of cement steps to get to the main door.*each bed had 4 large pillows and extra blankets in the closets. *the bath towels were large and soft! Overall, we are happy with our stay and would recommend this property.

This is a very nice basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had all the amenities in the listing. Check-in/out was easy (there was one tiny hiccup with the check-in because the door code was supposed to be the last four digits of my phone number, but two of the numbers were switched; the host answered my call and gave me the correct code right away). The host is very communicative and provides clear instructions. Note that there is no air conditioning, but it's usually not necessary on Long Island, and the host has plenty of powerful fans available. I would stay here again.
