About this apartment rental

Apartment in the center of Benasque; is registered as a tourist apartment to rent legally, but it is not an apartment only to rent, it is our holiday apartment, we rent it in the periods we do not use it, so we take care and comfortable for our family use. It has capacity for five / six people. Lots of light, all exterior rooms, with good orientation and nice views of Cerler and the mountains. Equipped with sheets and towels. Comfortable and comfortable, with quality furniture. It has an elevator. Capacity for five people has three bedrooms. One double with two beds of 90 cm, another with bunk of 90 cm and one with a bed of 150 cm. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Bathroom and toilet with shower. Excellent orientation to the mountain, with terrace overlooking the Cerler peak. There is a large FREE municipal parking area about 50 m from the portal, which facilitates parking.
The apartment overlooks a large garden and pedestrian plaza ideal for children. It is rented with sheets and towels. It has the necessary equipment.

* NO pets allowed, CHIMNEY IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE TURNED, NOR SMOKING
 * MINIMUM STAY: 240 euros (for 2 nights)

The apartment is perfectly central in Benasque. At most a 5 min walk to each corner. Super convenient to stock up on some groceries for when we didn’t eat out at one of the many restaurants. The parking lot is convenient and across the river within an easy walk (although it’s first come first serve, so might get busy during the high period). Apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms. Lots of plates, etc in the kitchen. Wifi worked well. We never used the TV. Did a lot of hiking. Has an elevator but we mainly just walked up the east flight of stairs to the first floor. Jose was great and quick at communicating. It was easy to figure out a check in and check out time. Thank you. We’ll be coming to Benasque again :)

L'appartement est impeccable : parfaitement équipé, literie de bonne qualité, chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements, petit balcon pour sécher le linge (important après une journée de randonnée !), idéalement situé au coeur du village mais donnant sur une cour intérieure avec aire de jeux pour les (petits) enfants. Quelques restaurants ont une terrace sur la même cour mais tout redevient calme à partir de 23h. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide, il répond rapidement à toutes les questions. Une vraie relation de confiance. A recommender sans hésitation.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y dispone de todo lo necesario para sentirte como en tu propia casa, la ubicación es muy buena con muchos bares y terrazas cercanos pero alejados lo justo para no oir ruidos de ningún tipo. Mis hijos han disfrutado mucho de los dos parques infantiles que hay cerca. Muy contentos, hemos disfrutado mucho de estos días !
